Jun 5, 2012Today I have tried 4 times to download a Smugmug picture site (from a link in a email) on my Nokia 6700. When the download progress bar reaches 1.4 Mb the display and keypad goes off. Then a white background with a date appears in the display which then changes to the home screen.

After I run them and allow them to connect it says that I have bad internet settings, which are fine because I can use web browser and Skype. Jan 15, 2010Does anyone know of a way of getting the Nokia SU-8W to work with the Nokia E72? This keyboard worked fine with the E71, but to get it to work you had to run a separate piece of keyboard software that was preinstalled on the E71. There's no such software in the E72, and I've even tried downloading the software from the SU-8W support site but when I try to run it I get a certificate error. The E72 see's the keyboard and pairs with it, but won't actually use it.

Jul 19, 2012I purchased Asha 302 about 20 days ago and while going through the features when I recorded some voice using voice recorded output was distorted, I contacted Nokia support through email and was told to restore factory setting. After doing the same I recorded and played AMR file it was fine but as soon as I received a call and then I checked the same recorded AMR file it was againt distorted. I reported same to Nokia support and was told to contact Nokia Care Centre which I visited yesterday there NCC people re-installed the software/OS but the problem persists. I was told that phone has to be sent back to company. I am having another Nokia C2 phone which is fine and no such problem there in that model.

May 12, 2012Is it possible to use the contact sync with the Asha phones (302, 303, 200, 201, 300, etc.)? I am unable to see the option and under synchronisation and backup I am being asked to enter server details etc. which I don't have.
On my other Nokia phones (S60 or S^3) they all have a Contact Sync functionality.
