I have tried to pair my Jawbone earpiece. All my other BT devices can pair but the Motoactv does not seem to be able to find it.how I can make The earpiece discoverable?
View 2 RepliesI'm still looking for some answers to get my ringtones back into my Jawbone Icon headset. I've had the same headset paired to a Razr v3xx whereupon I was able to hear my various ringtones I had set for certain contacts so I could tell as to whether or not I needed to answer right away or not without having to look at my phone. I liked the fact that I was able to hear these tones in my headset as well as the phones speaker. Now don't even try to pass this off as the headsets' software, as I ever had changed anything until I paired with my new Atrix. my thoughts are that this is a softwarwe engineers code changes for this particular phone

I have a SF600 and I am not sure if all the features are working as advertised by Motorola. I can listen to music which sounds great! I can answer a call. BUT I can't make a call or hear text messages as Motorola says in the advertising and right on the SF600 box.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI would like to report a bug with regards to saving/making a route public.I go into Planning, then Routing, and I have several routes saved from previous workouts. As per below, I click on the "Public Route" check box, and then Save. I just get booted to a generic screen/map with the "Create New Route" button.Regardless of whether I click on save or not, if I reselect the route on the left, then it the "Public Route" check box is cleared again.In addition on the screenshot below, why does it say "2525 Hemlock St, Vancouver, BC V6H, Canada | 0.06 km". This route was clearly 25k. Strange/weird thing also is if i click on "Edit Route", (Hey anthing's worth a try....) and then Save, it actually turns my route (ie destroys my route) into .06 km. This is exactly what happened to the bottom route on the left list; it used to be 25k until I 'saved' it. Oh well, at least I can go into my recent workouts and resave the route and try again!
View 2 Replies View RelatedI've been having a vexing problem whereby if I send sound via AirPlay to one of my Airport Expresses the "Ringer and Alert Volume" always resets to 4. This seems to be an issue with older generation Airport Expresses. I was not able to try it with a new Airport Express, but tried it with the latest Apple TV and AirPlay worked fine and did not reset my "Ringer and Alert Volume". Strange bug, but at least I know it has to do with my old Airport Expresses (802.11b/g).

I thought my problem was a battery enhancer app, so I installed it. That didn't fix it. I used to connect my Jawbone to my Curve 8900 with no problems. I was having a problem with an older Jawbone ( the IKON) and so purchased the ERA. They both behave the same way on my Bold.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have an original Jawbone with an Iphone 3gs with the latest firmware. As far as I can remember, this has always been the case since I got the Iphone, I cannot turn off the Jawbone while on a call. With my last phone (a MAXX VE on vxw), I could just hold down the button on the Jawbone for 3 seconds, the Jawbone would turn off and I could continue talking using the phone.
Now that I have the Iphone, holding that button down does nothing while I'm on a call. I, of course, can switch between the phone and the Jawbone, but I can't turn off the Jawbone unless I go to settings on the Iphone to disable bluetooth.
So my question is: Is there a way to power down the original Jawbone in the middle of a call on an Iphone
I synced a new 4S to iTunes and discovered not everyting was saved from my old 3G. How do I get everything off the 3G so I can sync it to my new 4S?

I have a HTC Thunderbolt and for some reason I cannot get my phone to be discoverable, the bluetooth will turn on, but then when I check the make discoverable box it counts down from 120 secs.... then nothing, it unchecks itself and I have to do it all over... I have tried turning off my phone taking out the battery and such but no luck.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI purchased a nokia 5230/5233 a month ago, everything worked fine until until the day before, at about 7:30 in the evening the day before, I discovered my screen wouldn't go into the landscape mode upon tilting, i restarted the phone, removed battery, formatted my memory card (could be a possibility of some corrupt 3rd party software install), later my friend suggested restoring the factory settings, I did so and everything was normal, the screen would go into landscape mode, but yesterday at around same time the problem recurred exactly after about 24 hrs, restored the factory settings and now things work what could be this problem? can someone throw light into this?
View 7 Replies View RelatedMy Motorola Atrix 4G unlocked was purchased recently online from ebay USA. Its still in warranty. The phone is with me in India.
The phone woked fine for a month. But now I can not hear through the Phone's earpiece. This problem developed suddenly one day without any warning. I did not drop the phone or bang it against anything. I can hear through phone speaker, bluetooth headset or regular wired headphones but not through the earpiece.
I then upgraded the phone software thinking it might be a software issue. But it didnt work.
I got my Razr Maxx replaced under Asurion warranty, got sent a "Certified Like New" from Verizon, and I can't hear people through the earpiece. It's way quieter than my other phone, even at the loudest volume, and then it crackles at that volume. Can I fix this myself or do I need to take it to Verizon and demand that they give me a good phone without having to pay their crap replacement fee?

I put the phone in my pocket and alll of a sudden they couldn't hear me talk. Long story short the mic will not pick up anything and even using Winamp which lets you use the headphones (worked on my EVO) to control audio playback I get nothing.

I don't see any option to auto connect. I saw some mention somewhere that there might be a code issue and someone sent something to google. I did not know if there was a fix for this. This was going on before and after the update.

It was ringing from the earpiece speaker for no reason. No text, email, call, Nothing... The only way to get it to stop was to hold down the power and volume keys and do a reboot.

First, I am having the random reboot problem that is well documented on this and many other forums, so I won't go into that. One other thing that has been happening more frequently however is a problem with call volume. The phone will spontaneously stop using the earpiece for call audio and send the audio to the speakerphone on the back with the lowest volume setting. Adjusting the volume while in the call does not change anything, nor does turning on/off the speakerphone.This occurs during both in-coming and out-going calls. All other phone audio plays at normal volume levels, its just the audio during calls. It is extremely frustrating as the only way to fix it is to reboot the phone, so I have to hang up with whoever I am talking to and call back. Does anyone know any way to solve this problem? I'm hoping the pending Gingerbread update fixes these issues, but I am ready to return the phone and get something else if these aren't fixed.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have found that the earpiece volume after the JB update, when you pick up a call is very loud and can't be lowered unless you rock the volume buttons during the call. Even if you leave the volume low during the call, on any subsequent calls the volume reverts back to being very lound and you have to do it all over again. I didn't have this issue on ICS. I did notice it on the leaked OTA before the official OTA also. When I reverted back to ICS after the leak and before the official OTA, the issue fixed itself.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI've owned the MotoActv for two month, I got the mysterious "moisture issues" that everyone seems to be getting even though I've never used it in the rain. But the thing that is driving me nuts is the music. When I hit random shuffle of all my songs, I hear songs I don't want to hear... song that I do not own on my computer. Where are these songs coming from? Today I heard "Boot Scoot Boogie!" I abhore country music as does my wife. Doing a computer wide search shows no evidence that the song exists on my computer. Yet there it is playing in mile four. Other mystery songs have showed up too. The performance music playlist seems to be filled with songs I never heard of, yet evidently I perform well to them.
