It says I'm connected. The top has those bars in the shape of a baseball diamond, but when I try and browse it says that the page has moved. I have tried channel 1, and channel 11. I'm trying to connect to my homes wifi, which I have the password for, and I put in, says its all right.. the same of the network is exactly right. I tried the push button method also, that didn't work..

View 6 Replies View RelatedSeveral times/day now my droid razr HD loses all connectivity. No wifi, no 3g/4g/1x anything. All the indicators are grey and I can't connect to anything. Usually what I have to do is go into airplane mode and then back out and then things are back. I can't say for sure but I thought there was a time or two where I had to do a power cycle to get things back. Not positive about that. I've only had the phone for a few weeks, and I'm pretty sure it's always done this.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI believe that there is a problem with the Atrix network stack. When operating at home (Lapdock or HD dock or stand-alone) I prefer to use the local WiFi connection (because the cellular signal is useless for data here on the _9th_floor_ (thanks T-Mobile UK).
However:
1/ On its own the Atrix does not properly switch to _use_ WiFi- it tries to use either WiFi or GPRS/3G/HSPA from time to time. This does not work well (read the reviews that say that the Lapdock is slow and I think that this is the problem being reported);
2/ I installed Juicedefender which is free and which switches OFF the GPRS/3G/HSPA radio when WiFi is being used:
BUT - then I notice that the WiFi data stream stops after about 90s and only re-starts after either several minutes have elapsed _or_ I switch off and on again the WiFi radio. VERY POOR. Worse, on checking with my router, the ATRIX remains _connected_ to the WiFi network at all times - so this is the internal software losing contact with the active network interface.
After installing the Jelly Bean update on my Razr Maxx, I have been unable to connect to WiFi. I have factory reset, reset my router and wiped the cache.

How can I fix this? The file shows a G3PP. I used my phone as a mass storage when i connected to the computer, and then transfered all of my videos and pictures, but the ones from my english project weren't there.

When I open up wifi settings it sees my network, as usual, and then I have to select it to "connect". Which I do. It scans to connect and then, within seconds, disconnects. It will keep scanning and I see my network there and could repeat this process over 100 times with the same results.

View 8 Replies View RelatedA couple of weeks ago my phone was updated to the latest system software, and now am experiencing a slight problem. My phone can no longer connect to a WiFi where the wireless SSID Broadcast is disabled. Once enabled, it will automatically connect, as if it couldn't find it before. Then, if I disable the broadcasting, it will disconnect as if the wireless were shut down. It didn't do this before the update. Is there a setting or something that needs to be changed? After the update, I had a setting or two changed, automatically it seemed, that caused problems (such as the Data Saver turned on) but this is the last thing I'm having issues with.

Although we had no problem using wifi with our old phones, the Electrify searches, connects and then immediately disconnects. I've spent hours checking out the router software as the admin, checking on line to see if others have reported this and I've tried every combination of options on the Electrify. We're both running Win7 and both use our routers successfully on other wireless devices in our homes.

View 2 Replies View RelatedIam a Uscc agent and I have a customer with the electrify and their phone is dying within a couple of hours and only sending a couple of text messages and making one phone call I have given a battery swap and checked the phone for any bad apps but there were no additional applications installed and settings do not seem out of place and compared it to mine that I have abd everything matches and mine lasts me an entire day of heavy use. Needless to say, the piano app that I use.( for jotting down quick ideas, I am a music director at my church and a songwriter) is nearly unusable because piano often uses more than two fingers. I know that the hacking community has been able to enable up to 8 points if multitouch. Is this going to be enabled for this phone? I would hate to get rid of it since I love everything else about it, and have no problems at all with any functionality. ( aside from that whole pesky multitouch thing).

View 8 Replies View RelatedI recently purchased a 9700 bold, I have the blackberry personal bundle (unlimited web and text). I attempted to set it up on my home network via WiFi. After changing my network to WEP (because for some odd reason WAP wasn't supported?) I tried doing the PIN thing didn't work, and the push key on my router, ended up just changing to WEP and entering the huge code.
It's all connected and everything shows little WiFi thing on the desktop (not main menu) right when I click the browser it opens up my home page still showing WiFi, go to another website, boom goes to edge?! loads slow, my network should be faster than 3g easily. Why can't it use my WiFi to browse the web at home? I get poor reception and I have no idea why it would use EDGE instead. Also I tried to download application world off of RIM's website, along with the AIM client both gave me 404 errors saying the file wasn't available.
