I just noticed this, the only thing ive done recently is clear the cache and do the play store updates. It may have started a couple days ago but i just noticed it..
Haven't done anything that should affect it...
Is there a way, or an app, that would permit me to zoom the camera with the volume buttons?

View 6 Replies View RelatedI've like to try Android Pay. So I set everything up and turned on NFC in Advanced settings, as well as the Android Pay setting. However, I don't see the NFC icon. Did the is icon go away with the Lollipop update? What am I missing. I tried using Android Pay at the grocery store today and it did not register with the POS terminal.

View 3 Replies View RelatedMy Turbo used to "wake up" and display the time, my notifications, etc. when I passed my hand over the screen.
For some reason, starting a few days ago, the hand wave no longer has this effect - nothing happens.
To see the time or notifications I have to hit the power button. Not a big deal, but inconvenient.
While in landscape mode (I first noticed this while watching Netflix). In the corner near the search capacitive button I noticed the lighting for the capacitive button seeps out a little, like a very small amount. It doesn't overwhelm the screen or anything. When holding my phone upright and looking down towards the capacitive buttons, I do notice some light coming out from the left and right corners. if this is because of the design and is normal? Or is it a flaw in the phone?!

If I press the lock button myself, the phone will lock and stay black with the time. If I unlock my phone and let it be, it'll turn to the rainbow colors. I have my phone on the turbo charger when this happens!

Ive been in settings and looked everywhere to see if there is an option to turn it on and off but I can't see anything. It is really annoying as I can't see the buttons at all when is dark.

I think this all happened after being in the car dock. Today when removed from the car dock it was still indicating charging the battery, had to reboot to clear. Its was getting hot.
Is anyone else having a problem with the buttons Home, back, etc. not coming on or shuting off by themselves?
View 13 Replies View RelatedMy VOL and CAM buttons turn the unit ON [original "droid" (year and a half old) ]... as a result it is almost impossible to keep phone off in my holster and so it drains quickly and then NO phone!I looked in "settings" for the phone (globally) and found something about "accessibility" which is OFF (unchecked). "Power button ends call" = checked. But that'sit. Nothing on how to control those two buttoms.

View 15 Replies View RelatedI want to take full advantage of HD video camera on my Droid Turbo, and found an external lavalier lapel microphone (Audio Technica 3350iS, which comes with an adapter for "smartphones including iPhone and newer Android phones"). But even when I use the adapter, the video recorder will only use the phone's on board mic. How can I disable/mute the onboard mic? Scoured the interweb, and at one point there was a perfect app "Mute Mic", but the NSA or Google or Motorola decided it was too useful to live.

Any reminder or event added to the newer calendar showed up on the older one. I had hoped that with various updates, the old calendar would be removed. How can I get rid of the old calendar?

View 24 Replies View RelatedTwo times over the weekend my Bionic has gotten to a point where the phone's power buttons nor any of the other buttons would respond. There was only the green indicator blinking on the front of the phone and it seemed to be frozen. I waited around 10 minutes and tried pressing the power button again, holding it down and pressing it repeatedly. Nothing. I did a battery pull on the phone and when I booted it back up it seemed to work.

View 3 Replies View RelatedAny way to increase (and maintain) a louder volume from the speaker while using speakerphone or Bluetooth speaker? My Maxx was awesome!! I thought for sure when I got the Turbo it would be equivalent.
I often find myself disappointed in the output. The really strange part is that I swear that it changes somehow. One phone call on speakerphone is great. Same number calls back later and not so much! I didn't change anything. I then try to increase my volume to no avail. My Bluetooth does that as well watching a YouTube video. I can start the video nice and loud. Stop it for a bit to return later and I can't hear the dang thing.
I use all factory Android software without any additional apps, etc. for volume controls. All levels are set to high. No droppage or any damage to the speaker or phone.
