phone is connected via bluetooth in moto. droid3 car dock and after i terminate my call music starts playing,whithout music app ever being selected?
View 9 RepliesI just bought the HX550 and have been using it on my X2. I really like the bluetooth. Probably the best one I have ever used, and I have used many. I found one glitch with my using it with my X2. After I end a call, the musical player starts automatically. And only when I use the HX550. Has never happened with any other bluetooth. I tried it with MotoSpeak installed and removed. Makes no difference.

The app can't be removed or disabled. I "chatted with a Motorola Support rep., and was told to do a total reset. After taking a lot of time doing this, nothing changed.

I just updated new FW, and after each call (income and outcome) the music player start play music. I try format phone and card, reinstall new FW, but I have still the same problem.

I have a Galaxy S5, don't get me wrong I like it apart from, when I receive an email notification from my Outlook App (because exchange wont work on this phone at all but did on my Galaxy S4), it plays my ringtone for my phone.
I have been in every imaginable setting going, and my notification alerts are set to beep, which it works for messenger, but any emails that come into my Outlook App and a notifcation pops up on my main screen it rings! I then think its an incoming call and it isnt, it will only stop when a screen swipe and clear.
Since the 2nd last firmware update my music will either not start or it will stop after 4 seconds of playing. This isn't my own music but the music that came with the device. I then try everything to get sound. I see the song playing I press play and pause and nothing.I reboot and everying is ok. Sometime rebooting does not work.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI recently purchased a non-us atrix with Bell Mobility.Everything works well except when I tried loading it with music and playing them.The play speed is too fast so it sounds wierd.I tried using the OEM player and a few other ones (Win Amp, Power Amo) but the results are the same.Si it does not appear to be a problem with the player.In addition, when I played a video (MP4), the video plays normally, but the audio sounds similarly wierd (i.e. with high pitch as if it is played at high speed).

View 6 Replies View RelatedMA 1.6.6. N16 Playing music works ok but the first time this happened it was after 1 hour. Then I get a popup dialog saying "You must set a fit song". The music then skips through the song and then skips songs continually.
This happens everytime I workout. Today it happened after 20 minutes Since I have never set a fit song I tried to set one. I had to turn off the music.
This only started happening after the last update to the one shown above.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMost of the time when a call ends and I'm using my H17text headset the damn music player, or whatever media app was last used, will start playing EVEN THOUGH it was not running before the call. That would not be so bad but when you have a phone that's set to lock you have to unlock it and find the damn app that's running to get it to stop. This is just plain STUPID!
I've seen this posted all over the place so Motorola my phone when we know it's a ANDROID bug. What I want to know is how to get it to STOP! I'd rather have to manually restart the damn media app after a call that to have it always start with out me wanting it!

What is happenning? For everything else, unlocking the phone works normally.

View 6 Replies View RelatedWhy does my Razr Maxx go to lock-screen in the middle of a phone call? All my past androids stayed in an 'awake' condition while actively engaged in a call. Then, when the proximity sensor was triggered when you removed the phone from your face, the screen would light-up, the phone screen woudl be present, and you would simply end the call. Now, when I remove the phone from my face I find the lock-screen, so I must first unlock it before I can end the call. I have searched for a settings to fix this and cannot locate what I need
View 4 Replies View RelatedAfter completing a phone call or when the phone times out, it freezes and nothing will unlock it other than pulling the battery out. If I hard press the power button, the Phone Options screen will pop-up but none of the selection will work thru the touch-screen. While the [Phone Options] screen is open I can open the slide keyboard and use the mice-like button to scroll down and take the [Power off] option. Phone will work again after pulling the battery or powering it off thru the keyboard (at least this will save me the time of removing the battery).It seems that both actions (call and time out) send some kind to signal to the screen to lock it. When pressing the power button I will see the slide bar to unlock it but the screen is frozen and nothing will make it work. Luckily for Motorola the phone's warranty just expired (7/28/11).I have done both, Factory data reset and Wipe data/factory reset (Power key + "x") but nothing helped. I have looked out there in we but nothing similar.Does anyone have experienced this? - As you can imagine this is extremely painful and annoying. I ended up increasing the timeout to the max (30 minutes), but obviously jeopardized the battery life. I have to charge the phone almost every 2 hours.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI just traded in an iPhone 4 so I'm just learning the Motorola system. I usually set my display to go off after 1 minute to save the battery. On the iPhone the screen will stay on during a phone call. On my RAZR M the display goes dark after 1 minute and I can't figure out how to re-light it. Hitting the power button ends the call. Is there a way to keep the screen on other than setting the time delay to 10 minutes?
View 6 Replies View RelatedOK, this is one of the very few issues I've had, and it is very intermittent. Since September, only has happened like 3-4 times.I make a phone call - or someone calls me - and I can't hear them; nor them me. The green "connection" icon is active in the top bar - as is my DIALER (when I initiate the call - "END CALL" is active). When I call them, I never hear anything - including the normal dial out 'connection/ringing' sounds. They in fact DO get the ringing on their end and answer, but to them it appears as if nobody is on the line.I've tried just a simple AIRPLANE mode toggle, but that doesn't fix it. A Power reset of my phone fixes it every time. Has anyone else experienced this?
