View 1 RepliesOK ever since I connected my Bluetooth to a portable speaker device I've been having trouble with the external speaker itself. Usually when I watch YouTube videos or play music through the music app its more than normal loud. But now ever since my Bluetooth device connected to my droid turbo (Bluetooth has been turned off to watch videos) the speaker isn't loud at all. When I put my ear to the speaker grill I can hear the sound come out of my internal speaker for phone calls.
View 4 Replies View RelatedDroid Turbo (Android Version 5.1) - WIFI works fine at home and seems to work other places. I have been using it for months at work. Recently I cannot connect. Other people can still connect. I had the connection saved...but even tried deleting it and researching, but it won't locate the server.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI thought one of the last small patches Motorola did on the Turbo allowed data to be sent while on a phone call.
View 1 Replies View RelatedIt seems like this phone can use a lot of data, sometimes even while on wifi. an example of an app that does this is TuneIn Radio.
View 5 Replies View RelatedSo this has happened the last 7 calls in a row. Someone calls, I answer, and then press the speaker phone button, say hello, and call ends...
I was just about to sing the praises of lollipop but this is really annoying.
Sometimes when I plug my phone in at night, it doesn't charge. And then I wake up to a half dead phone.

View 23 Replies View RelatedI got an early release on the Fitbit Surge. Its awesome so far except my smartphone, a Motorola Droid Turbo, will not currently sync notifications for text and phone calls. I've emailed them asking about the problem. They say it is because "the Fitbit app is not currently supported by the Motorola Droid Turbo." The smart phone compatible list on their website does not show my phone, however the app works just fine and even syncs everything else the surge has to offer. Fitbit says they are working closely with smart phone manufactures to work out the Bluetooth 4.0 problems. The only instance that the I have any trouble is when I check the text and call notifications box in the Fitbit app for my surge.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI use Google Voice via the Hangouts app as a secondary phone line on my Droid Turbo.
The issue I am having is with phone calls that come in to my Google Voice number. Instead of using only the Hangouts Dialer app to receive those calls, the calls seem to come through Hangouts AND the default DT dialer app at the same time! What ends up happening is that first, the Hangouts app starts to ring, then (second) the default DT dialer app start up and rings over the Hangouts dialer. The end result is that when I pick up the call on the DT dialer app, I always get a missed call on Hangouts. In addition, if I miss the call completely I then get a missed call notification from both Hangouts and the default dialer app.
I am having real issues with my Droid Turbo. I can pair the phone fine with bluethooth fine to Ford Sync and it plays audio fine. The steering controls work fine too until the phone locks or sleeps. I tried many different music apps and every setting in the screen and security settings. It works fine when I swipe the phone to click the button to wake it up it works fine.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI found that after my phone has been on for a period of time (hours or a day maybe) my screen will dim but not go completely dark. That is, normally it dims after about 20 seconds, then goes off a few seconds after that - like it seems it should. But after some hours of use it will dim after a prescribed time period but never go dark unless I tap the power button. If I shut down the phone and start it up it seems to work properly again for a period of time before it starts exhibiting the same behavior.
View 9 Replies View RelatedSince the Lollipop update when I answer a call its a good 3-5 seconds before the person on the other end can hear me talking. I usually end up saying Hello? 3-4 times before they can hear me. My dad has it on his Turbo as well.
View 10 Replies View RelatedI have the droid turbo 32g. If I am listening to something on headphones and someone calls, the in call volume will be wake-the-dead loud. I can try to adjust the volume either before answering the call or after answering, but it makes no difference. It is loud enough that is uncomfortable to keep the speaker against my ear. I'd say this happens about 75% of the time. I can't figure out why it occasionally works correctly.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI am a relatively new Motorola Droid Turbo user. My phone is usually on either silent or really loud. I've found the "Sleep" mode which has been useful and I see that there is a "Meeting" mode which is great. But is there a way that I can set the phone to just vibrate from 8AM to 6PM Monday through Friday?

View 1 Replies View RelatedSo, I used to be able to listen to music at work without using my data plan. I could just connect to the guest wifi. Selecting the "Click to connect" would bring up the web page where we log in and I was up and running. Now when I select "Click to connect", I just get a big lock with a cross through it. Selecting "Use network as is" doesn't do anything.
