I activated advanced calling. With carrier too. Have kept it off but thought would turn on and give a go. I can't even get a call to connect. It says dialing then boom, call ended. Nothing.Doesn't it default if not in lte zone?

My calls get dropped or cut in and out unless I turn off the advanced call feature. Other people with different phones have no problems in my office. Can I leave this feature off all the time? The one day I did leave it off and I was not at work and I tried to make a call and got a message saying the call could not connect so I don't know if it will create other problems. I usually have two bars in my office and 4G lte. We have Wi-Fi but are not allowed to use it.

This is the same notification that appeared (correctly) when this feature was introduced a while ago, and after you went into Settings to enable this, it wouldn't appear again.
On my RAZR Maxx running 4.1.2, I had a Recent Caller Log App that allowed me to see the recent callers, both missed and accepted.

I was just about to sing the praises of lollipop but this is really annoying.
I have the droid turbo 32g. If I am listening to something on headphones and someone calls, the in call volume will be wake-the-dead loud. I can try to adjust the volume either before answering the call or after answering, but it makes no difference. It is loud enough that is uncomfortable to keep the speaker against my ear. I'd say this happens about 75% of the time. I can't figure out why it occasionally works correctly.

Selecting the "Click to connect" would bring up the web page where we log in and I was up and running. Now when I select "Click to connect", I just get a big lock with a cross through it. View 1 Replies View RelatedIdeally, any time I make or receive a call I'd like for the screen to be automatically turned off as if I always immediately hit the "screen on/off" button once the call was active.
To describe in more detail: I want the screen to turn off independent of how close it is to my ear. If I want the screen on, I want to have to hit the "screen on" button. This would prevent me from ever accidentally hitting screen buttons when I position the phone on my collar during calls as opposed to holding it against my head.

Really a shame as I was looking forward to accessing my Synology diskserver from my phone. Other than that - LOVE the Turbo. have not had any problems with it since I got it last November. View 2 Replies View RelatedI got an early release on the Fitbit Surge. Its awesome so far except my smartphone, a Motorola Droid Turbo, will not currently sync notifications for text and phone calls. I've emailed them asking about the problem. They say it is because "the Fitbit app is not currently supported by the Motorola Droid Turbo." The smart phone compatible list on their website does not show my phone, however the app works just fine and even syncs everything else the surge has to offer. Fitbit says they are working closely with smart phone manufactures to work out the Bluetooth 4.0 problems. The only instance that the I have any trouble is when I check the text and call notifications box in the Fitbit app for my surge.

I have only had the Turbo a few weeks. I have turned on a call answer vibration somehow. My wife's doesn't do it. I cant figure out what I turned on. Need turning the vibrate pulse off. Its when swiping to answer incoming calls only. I have vibrate turned off under settings.

When I call someone else using the native dialer using GV to make the call with advanced calling I do not get the HD icon, but the Camera buttons can be pressed for the video call, but when I do it says "the other person can not accept video calls at this time".
The other person's G4 Camera buttons are grayed out. When I dial the same person not using my GV number everything works the way Advanced calling should, I get the HD voice Icon and we can do a video call. How to get Advanced calling to work with GV on Verizon?
More recently, my droid turbo has been turning rainbow colors instead of black with the time when it's charging. If I press the lock button myself, the phone will lock and stay black with the time. If I unlock my phone and let it be, it'll turn to the rainbow colors. I have my phone on the turbo charger when this happens!
