The Wifi sign keeps flashing but I cannot turn off the WIFI. It says Turning Wifi On but it does not and does not show any wifi routers.The button wont slide to off. I have tried to reboot to factory reset and also removing the battery & restarting.
It is a new LG G4 Dual Sim.
My green led flashes when I turn on the wifi. When I turn the wifi off the light goes off. But I want the light off when my wifi is on. Is this possible?

I got my Nexus 5 on the 2nd of this month. I'm on Android 4.4.4. Just today, I was out and about and I realized that, although I was going into settings and turning Wi-Fi off, it just kept turning it right back on! (I had been using the Wi-Fi at the mall, then later I went to a friend's house and connected to my friend's Wi-Fi, which did not work.) So, I turned on my data, only for it to turn off after I guess about 30 seconds. I turned it back on, went on WhatsApp, in the middle of replying to a text from my friend it goes off yet again! What the... So, I went into settings and turned data on, and Wi-Fi off. As I watched, the Wi-Fi switched itself back on, and, predictably, even though there were no wireless networks to connect to, my data turned off as well.
This is really inconvenient. What could be causing the problem? I don't think I've downloaded any apps recently, but they do sometimes update. It was working fine on Thursday, but I've had my data off since then. I also booted into Safe Mode, and the problem doesn't seem to persist.
My iphone5 started turning itself off and on again and now its flashing the apple logo when connected to the charger but not powering on, i have restored it works for 10 mins then back to the flashing logo?

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy wife has a curve 8520. when she tries to use the browser to sign in to yahoo email she fills in her userid and password but the sign in button dosn't work, nothing happens when she clicks it does she have to enable something in the browser configuration? she doesn't have a Blackberry data plan as yet so we realise she can't use BBM or facebook app etc but I would have thought the browser should work as she has an internet plan.

Phone switched itself off with no warning, had 55% battery.. plugged it on charge straight away, nothing but a red flashing light. Its been on charge ever since, so over 3 days, still nothing.Â

I've tried the volume/power button resets.
I have a BlackBerry Bold 9700, I have WiFi Internet in my Home and Office, I Installed Yahoo MSG, Google Talk, Windows Live from BB website, but when I click on sign in button on all of these Instant messaging, and error displayed. "Service not Enabled for this handheld". I don't have any Data Plan on my Sim card, but I still have WiFi Internet and I can browse with my BlackBerry.

Nokia E6 with Symbian Belle Refresh which I bought just a couple of days ago.It does not detect wifi internet connections at all, although they are available. When I go to settings -> connectivity and then select wifi, it searches connection for a while and then shows that none are found. Meanwhile, my old Nokia E72 remains connected to my home wifi without any problem... I am really surprised and disappointed. Also when I try to set up the connection manually, it doesn't work at all.I can't believe that such a device is being sold, a wifi connection is something extremely necessary nowadays in a smartphone. Fastboot flashed 6.0.1 Radio, System, Vendor, rebooted to TWRP 2.7.82, flashed modified SuperSU 2.61 systemless.
Everything works fine. Band 12 works fine. WiFi calling is enabled, turned on, and set to preferred.
Phone status reads IWLAN and network disconnected. WiFi data works.
My wifi symbol in he status bar constantly has flashing arrows, one on the right hand side and one on the left hand side. I would expect this if the phone was constantly downloading email or social network feeds but when I try to load those I get the message "Could not open connection to server" when attempting to access e-mails as well as this message when attempting to load news feed on Facebook "Error loading news feed" ....
