View 3 Replies View RelatedI use auto power on/off on my BB Tour 9630. When it powers on it does not enable bluetooth automatically. I then have to manually enable bluetooth with Manage Connections. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Then I launch options scroll to Bluetooth and then enable Bluetooth there. Again sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I have to repeat, repeat this step or power off manually then power on. Thinking I should leave it powered on 24/7 and just leave bluetooth on 24/7.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a Samsung Galaxy S5 updated to Android Version 5.0 (KitKat).
Currently when I press the Power Button, the screen goes black. But it does not lock the screen.
I have the screen lock set to 30 seconds. But even so, there are lots of times when I have put the phone in my pocket and it accidentally it the home button before the 30 seconds is up and random apps get launched as my phone bounces around in my pocket.
So I would like to be able to press the power button and immediately have the screen lock. I was able to do this on my original Galaxy Nexus. But I cannot figure out how to do this on my Samsung.
I did some google searches and I found many many posts that said "go into settings, select lock screen, scroll to the very bottom and click the option to enable lock on power button."
The problem is, when I go into the Lock Screen settings and scroll down to the very bottom, I don't see any such option. So, how to enable the Power Button to immediately lock my phone?
When ever I plug my iPhone 5c into my Macbook Air to transfer Music, it says "Unplug the device using too much power to re-enable USB devices." What should I do?? This is with a charging laptop!

is there any way to enable vibration while using power saving?
View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I first got my Z5 the first thing I did was enable the Stamina mode in order to prolong the battery power. But since then I have been very disappointed with the heat emmission, lag in the games and the battery life. When ever I used to play games likes Angry Birds Transformers the phone used to get very hot, lag and there was a major drain on the battery.
Last week I decided to disable Stamina mode to to check if it did improve my experiance with gaming. And I can tell you that the phone doesn't get hot (slightly warm), the game doesn't lag and the battery doesn't drain as fast before. Also last night I charged my phone to 100% and disconnected it at approx 10:00pm. Today morning at 6:30am it had dropped to just 97% without the Stamina mode enabled.
I noticed that when I enable the Stamina mode the battery drains randomly. One more observation is that sometimes the battery percentage gets stuck at 100% for a very long time with the Stamina mode on and then it starts dropping very quickly.
My Sprint GS5 takes around 1 1/2-2 hrs to charge form 10% up to 100%. How do I enable USB 3.0 mode so my phone will charge faster?
View 24 Replies View RelatedMy phone just couldn't charge and before the battery died, my phone said that it was using too much power to charge. I bought my HTC One from Phones 4u last September and to my luck, when my phone has problems, the company stops functioning. I have tried using different cables/plugs to charge but to no avail.
I emailed HTC and they haven't replied after 3 days. I'm not entirely sure what are the procedures for sending my phone for repairs, but I will definitely call them soon if they don't reply.
I have a N97 that charges OK when I plug it in computers USB port or in a (powered) hub.But I also have a USB power adapter that I can plug in a wall socket and it has one USB port (5V/1A) and nothing happens.Same happens when I plug it in my car using a USB adapter.
Since every other phone/MP3-player/device that can be charged via USB works with these, I have to assume that this is something with my phone...
had my phone for 3 days now, i noticed that charging it was kinda annoying from a dead phone, last night it died and i was going to do a full charge cycle, i put it on change before i went to bed, it vibrated to say its connect and i left it, woke up this morning unplugged and it wouldnt turn on so i left it a couple of minutes and tryed again still nothing, i tried plugging it to my computer and it came up saying i need some drivers and need to format the phone i ignored it, the battery symbol came up then the vodafone screen left it for a while then tried turning it on again and nothing just black, not vibes or nothing, now i dont even get a vibe when i plug it into my my computer or power source....

It's served me well, but my poor Nexus 5 has seen it's last days it appears. It didn't quite make it 2 years, but I still don't regret it.

I'm traveling to London, England this upcoming week and purchased a Power Converter/ Adapter with a USB port. When I plugged the Blackberry into the USB, it said the charging device doesn't have enough power to charge the Blackberry. It says the USB output is 5VDC, 1 A max.How much power is required to charge the Blackberry and do you have any recommendations for power converters/adapters that are compatible with the Torch?

View 10 Replies View RelatedSometimes when I need to reboot/reset my i760 (Winmob 6.1, Spb Shell) it will not finish the boot cycle. I turn it on, I get the Samsung logo, the dark blue static Verizon wireless screen, then it about a half a second into the next screen (where the Verizon wireless logo "floats" down to a light blue screen) the system powers off. You can just see the red check in the logo start to draw and head down and the system just goes off.I thought I had solved it by pulling the battery for about 30 seconds, but now that doesn't fix the problem anymore. The only way to make the phone power on is to connect it to a power source (charger or cradle). Then it powers on normally. It does not matter the charge on the battery at the moment - I've had it do it any charge level, including 100% just off a overnight charge. This battery will normally last me 2 days of hard use.Any ideas?
