May 29, 2012I restored my Iphone but now have all of my spouses' contacts and pictures. Mine are all gone! Is there any way to get my contacts and pictures back?

Jun 20, 2014Today, I decided to upgrade my iphone's ISO to 7.1.1, and I decided to upgrade it using itunes, which I hardly use. When I plugged the iphone in, the first thing itunes asked was "back up". I thought itunes was asking to back up my pictures, so I clicked yes. It turned out that itunes asked to restore my phone with a back up I made a year ago. all my pictures were replaced with pictures from back up... Unfortunately, I did not turn on cloud service to back up pictures. Is there any way to restore pictures I lost?

Jun 9, 2012This morning my while checking my email on my phone, the screen went black for 5 minutes, and eventually the apple logo appeared and when blank again, i then turned on my phone and it said i had to connect it to iTunes, which i did. When it was recognized on iTunes it said this:Name:iPhoneCapacity: n/aSoftware Version: n/aSerial Number: n/a
and said it had to be restored, which i agreed to and first it recovered, and then it asked if i wanted to restore it as an iPhone found on this computer, (mine) and i said yes. After it recovered i saw that i lost all of my text messages up until April 6th, and i lost well over 200 pictures. Is there anything i can do to restore my messages and photos, or do i take it up with my wireless provider?

Jul 17, 2010My wife's V3m went on the blink but I had used bitpm to backup contacts and pictures some time before this happened. I have ported her phone number from her V3m to my old V3m that we had received at the same time from Verizon and I had moved on to a different phone. When I tried to restore the pictures I can see the names of the pictures in my pictures on her phone but they will not display.I have tried saving them onto the sd card under my pictures as well as putting some of them under wallpaper to see if they would open there. The naming convention was the default one used on the razr with 12characters.jpg. I am not sure what copying them back and forth to a XP pc may have done to them so that they will not display.

Apr 1, 2012I am trying to copy all my data from my torch to my bold siince the torch has to go for repairs, have tried deivce switch, normal backup and restore, backup through blackberry protect, everything else works fine except the copy of contacts, which obviously is the most improtant thing. when i try to restore the contacts through the DM, through the customize option where i can select what i want to restore (contacts, emails, etc) everything else is open to choose except the contacts, where i cant select the contacts as its marked in grey and a little piece of information below says this is only a read only data hence cant be copied.

Jan 30, 2010I have the bold 9700 V5.0.0.321 I had all my contacts duplicated due to sync of my phone with the gmail.on one the contact it duplicate about 10 names and when i tried to delete one of them it deleted everyone of those names. I found out (maybe the wrong way) that you go to the address book press Options -> then press R S E T -> which deleted all of my contacts in the address book and now I cant restore it back. Every time I input the data names and numbers it wont save it. I had the back up but it says the DM doesn't recognise the data. Is there anyone that can help me on how to put my contacts back into my phone.
