Jun 20, 2014Today, I decided to upgrade my iphone's ISO to 7.1.1, and I decided to upgrade it using itunes, which I hardly use. When I plugged the iphone in, the first thing itunes asked was "back up". I thought itunes was asking to back up my pictures, so I clicked yes. It turned out that itunes asked to restore my phone with a back up I made a year ago. all my pictures were replaced with pictures from back up... Unfortunately, I did not turn on cloud service to back up pictures. Is there any way to restore pictures I lost?

Jun 9, 2012This morning my while checking my email on my phone, the screen went black for 5 minutes, and eventually the apple logo appeared and when blank again, i then turned on my phone and it said i had to connect it to iTunes, which i did. and said it had to be restored, which i agreed to and first it recovered, and then it asked if i wanted to restore it as an iPhone found on this computer, (mine) and i said yes. After it recovered i saw that i lost all of my text messages up until April 6th, and i lost well over 200 pictures. Is there anything i can do to restore my messages and photos, or do i take it up with my wireless provider?

Jul 17, 2010My wife's V3m went on the blink but I had used bitpm to backup contacts and pictures some time before this happened. I have ported her phone number from her V3m to my old V3m that we had received at the same time from Verizon and I had moved on to a different phone. When I tried to restore the pictures I can see the names of the pictures in my pictures on her phone but they will not display.I have tried saving them onto the sd card under my pictures as well as putting some of them under wallpaper to see if they would open there. The naming convention was the default one used on the razr with 12characters.jpg. I am not sure what copying them back and forth to a XP pc may have done to them so that they will not display.

But I am not seeing any evidence of my pics on the cloud. How do I now transfer my pics from my phone to my computer. The device doesn't ask if I want to sync pictures anymore.

Apr 20, 2012Yesterday i had restore my phone due to it crashing. I also couldn't turn it off because my lock button is broken.I was advised to restore it.I used the option keep all media. After the restore it asked me if I wanted to backup from the icloud which was last done at 9:30 that morning! However no pictures or video have gone to the camera roll.
Pictures have appeared on photostream so they are ok. But from my understanding Icloud does backup video but just not onto photostream. how to get the videos back.?
