Mar 17, 2012I recently updated itunes, and iphoto and iphone and now the iphone will not connect to iphoto to download pictures. IPhone will connect to flash card thru usb port. I also have photo streaming on but that is not working also. I also have noticed that in Itunes I cannot sync to iphone. I have tried everything except resetting phone.

Apr 20, 2012i have a customer who has a iphone and needs to update to ios 5.1 for a corporate app to work. he does not have personnal machine at home to install itunes on, and the company will not allow itunes to be installed on any of their systems (you cant even run the installer as its blocked).i have my own machine that i connect to their guest wifi but when i try to download the ios 5.1 update, it says 36 hours remaining (i think they are blocking the traffic).is there a way to download the firmware while i have my machine at home and then install when i am back with the user (i only see the user for about 1 hour a week)

Apr 9, 2012My iPhone lost connection to the internet, so I shut it down, and restarted it.
The result was, that I now have to do a recovery, before I can use it.... I haven't done anything for wanting to do a recovery, but something must have crashed, resulting in the demand for a recovery.
Is there any way to access the pictures on the iPhone at this stage? I want to download my pictures, as the recovery process will delete all media files...
When I power on my iPhone it has to be connected to iTunes, and in iTunes the only option I have is to make a recovery.

Aug 3, 2010I've got a iPhone 3GS running 4.0.1 and mac OS 10.6.4, iTunes 9.2.iTunes just won't let me sync my photos. I've tried to reinstall the 4.0.1 firmware, reinstalled iTunes but it doesn't work.I had this problem before when I tried to add a picture to the iPhone - but it didn't let me. So someone said - remove the iPod Cache Folder, so I did and now I can't sync any pictures.What happens is that when I press "Synchronize" - it synchronizes - but no pictures added.The Camera Roll is fine - it's just when I try to add something from a folder.I've tried different folders, removed everything to do with iPod Cache Folder. The picture I'm trying to add is a .jpg.I installed iPhoto to see if that makes any difference - but no .. it's still the same.On my PC it works just fine, no problem what so ever.Synchronizing music on my mac to the iPhone works fine too.
What's going on?

I successfully transferred our pictures to my computer in our own folders but I can't figure out how to transfer them back onto our new phones. I was testing it out with our 4s phones so I'd make sure to get it right soon but it took me through iTunes. Which I did not want to do, because when I did this it created this whole "Photo Library" where you can't delete pictures from your phone (and I took that off my phone already) but I need to know how to transfer the pictures from my HP computer to our iPhones without syncing our phones to my iTunes (because we don't need that connected). Is there some way to transfer them without going through iCloud and iTunes?
