Apr 9, 2012My iPhone lost connection to the internet, so I shut it down, and restarted it.
The result was, that I now have to do a recovery, before I can use it.... I haven't done anything for wanting to do a recovery, but something must have crashed, resulting in the demand for a recovery.
Is there any way to access the pictures on the iPhone at this stage? I want to download my pictures, as the recovery process will delete all media files...
When I power on my iPhone it has to be connected to iTunes, and in iTunes the only option I have is to make a recovery.

I also have photo streaming on but that is not working also. I also have noticed that in Itunes I cannot sync to iphone. I have tried everything except resetting phone.

Feb 9, 2012I would like to download pictures taken on my 710 to the pc one at a time. I have followed the steps and made all the correct checks in the approiate places but no photos are transferred. Oct 30, 2015I was having some email issues where contacts were duplicating, etc. The suggested resolution was to remove the account and re-add it. However now I can't download any attachments or pictures from email messages I receive.
When I try to download and view a document (word doc) that was sent to me, I click on download and get a blank screen with a black box having edit mode in the middle of it.
When I try to download a jpg file I click on preview and use the gallery application. All I get is a black screen with a greyed out picture icon in the middle with an exclamation mark.
I was able to download and view attachments and emails prior to re-creating the email account.
I am using a Hotmail account and my account is set up under Microsoft Active Sync.

Oct 15, 2012Ok, so my 9300's trackpad stopped working a while ago. I've got myself a new non BB phone, as the support from BB was pretty non existent, however i've taken loads of pics on the 9300 which are saved only on the phone itself, not the sim or card. When I plug it in to the laptop it's permanently 'stuck' on 'charge only', there's no way it seems to move it to 'sync media' or the other one! Is there any way to get the pics off the phone or am i going to lose them all?? would be so much simpler if BB had put 4 little arrow keys on the keyboard, save all the faffing about on this seemingly very common fault.
