I receive some emails but not all that my home computer receives on the same email address. Why could that be?

I have the bold 9700 and about 3 days ago I stopped receiving emails on my device, however I was getting them on my inbox on my PC. Now, I am getting them but there's allot of lag time. My PC inbox gets them right away but it takes my blackberry 20 minutes after it's sent to get sometimes. I tried multiple e-mails and same thing so I know the problem is not the email server and I also have no problems with my BIS and when I send emails with my BB they're sent to the inbox immediately.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI just got my first blackberry 9700 2 days ago and I have some questions regarding to the push email. Actually, I have 3 email accounts and I only set up 1 email account on my blackberry.
The first problem is that :
1. The push email sometimes does not receive the email straight away, but when it does it receives 5-7 mails at once. I think push email on blackberry receives emails instantly when they arrive, doesn't it?
2. Is that a problem to use only 1 email for multiple accounts on blackberry? I mean my facebook account, MSN messenger, ebay, and other accounts. should I set my facebook account and MSN messenger to have an individual email each? So, in this case 1 email does not do a lot work on my blackberry.
3. As what it is provided on blackberry email setting. It can set different email accounts such as hotmail, yahoo, etc. I set a hotmail on my blackberry, but not @hotmail.com instead of hotmail.co.uk. Is that a problem?
and one last question is :
4. I tried to download some paid themes, but when I sent then link to my blackberry there was a link to download the theme. I just clicked on the link to download, but there was no button to download the theme. Is the country where I am at have not been supported the service? I think every country should be able to download the application. Actually I'm in Australia.
I like my E72 but I have two problems that really annoy me.
1. In the past when ever I would write a new email I would get list of suggested email addresses in the "To" field. For example, if I would was to write the letter S I would get the email address of the people in my address book whose name starts with an S (sam, Sofia etc). for some reason this feature stopped working on my phone and I can't find how to make it work again. if I want to send an email I need to manually write the email address in the "To" field. The auto suggestion feature works perfectly on my wife's phone (an E72 with the same firmware - 22.007) but on my phone it won't suggest email addresses from my contacts.
2. Another problem is that my Gmail that is synced to the phone, through the Nokia Messenger server is locked on "hide emails older than 2 weeks". Now, I have hundreds of emails stored on my phone that dates to February 1st - the day I got the Phone.
Is there a way to delete these emails automatically, without deleting them on the Gmail account itself? It makes my phone really when going through the emails.
Therefore cannot receive emails on computer once opened on iPhone.How to stop this?

My I phone 4 receives e-mails but cannot send them (previously could send and receivce to hotmail and cloud) O2 said it was a fault with the phone, apple says it is not, it is technical instead so not covered under warranty, not impressed!

All my friends have been telling me that when they receive a message from me (sent as a text message), my email address shows up at the top of the page instead of the name they put in their contact list.

I can receive emails via the wifi in my home but cannot dial out. The phone continues to say radio off and when attempt to call out it asks to restore the connectio, so I click on restore connections and after a few seconds it says no service currently available. So my boss tossed his phone at me chewing me out because it "doesn't work". I cycle the power and ask what's wrong, his phone will display that a new email has arrived it will download and it will read but once it is read the email disappears never to be found on the phone again. The message is still usable on the computer but for the phone it's 1 and done. I checked out the email options on both the computer and the phone and there's no auto archive to a pst or anything. I really don't want to reset to default because I'm sure there's "important" stuff on the phone that will lead to working over the weekend. The phone also will display missed calls (legit missed calls) but won't show who or when the call was missed.

I went to my email settings on My Blackberry and put in what I thought was the password, but that failed. I tried a couple of others, but those failed also. Then I went to the Blackberry Internet Service website and reset my password there, but it still did not work. I noticed when I went to "Account Details" on the Blackberry website, the password was only 10 characters long, nothing close to any passwords that I might have used. This morning I went to start a new email and usually I type the first letter and all contacts starting with a letter J for example will come up - - But nothing comes up! I checked my phonebook and all contacts are in there like normal, but my email won't pick any up. I think after updating the Blackberry, this option was no longer available, which requires me to read emails on my Blackberry and then to have to delete them off my home computer.

My E63 crashed after a software update last night. I seem to have recovered most stuff, but now can't access my emails from the Active Home Screen. It shows that new emails have arrived, but when I click on the icon - nothing happens. Just stays on the home screen. I can access emails by going Menu-Installations-email, but this is a bit of a faff!
Any ideas? I'm using the Nokia Messaging email for my Hotmail account. It all went smoothly for the last year....

View 1 Replies View RelatedI had recently to perform a full reset of my BB ("cleaning the terminal").
Since then, I do no longer receives the email from the 2 gmail accounts I have configured. I tried to suppress then reconfigure the accounts, without any success. The BB can actually connect to the gmail servers, because I can send emails with these accounts. But I do not receive anything. I still receive the email from my company (default) account (desktop).
