After my update to IOS5.1.1. My iPhone 4S screen is insensitive. I have switched it off (difficult to slide if it does not react) so I kept holding both buttons. When back on for the 3 rd time it seemed better but only for a couple of minutes, then I had again the same issues as before. I have not done anything else than upgrade from 5.1. To 5.1.1.

Since some time ago the "QuickRemote" app is not working anymore on my LG G3 (D850). Even tried installing another remote app (SURE Universal) that had also worked here in the past, but the result was the same, it was launched but nothing happened.
The QuickRemote app behaviour is that it runs, but also stays in the background like trying to launch, just a loading circle is shown below the quick access buttons.
I thought that probably the .apk could have been deleted so I went to settings->general->apps to check if the QuickRemote app was there, and indeed it's still there. So tried clearing the data & cache w/out success.
Now the curious thing here, it that I searched the word "remote" along my device (with a file manager) and didn't find nothing. So I don't know if the apk was deleted, but rarely the search didn't find it, but it also appears in the apps section.
I have Chat (or Nokia Messenger for IM) version 2.0.10 installed on my E72. I used to be able to use it for Gtalk and MSN chatting. But now I can not log in anymore. I even tried the ovi chat and i got the same problem. It says "Authorization failed" with a NOKIA banner on top. I wonder if it is the problem of NOKIA server or just my phone?

View 3 Replies View RelatedInternet Pass Through is working with one of my home PC but not my office's one! It was working last week but since I upgraded to Viper rom with Sense 5.5 it simply stopped working with my office's PC. At home I installed Windows 8.1 this week and it works flawlessly.
The weird thing is that both HTC Sync Manager and Driver pack are from the same source. I uninstalled and reinstalled both software and drivers 10 times but still no joy. Disabled Windows Firewall and Avast Antivirus but still no joy. I don't know if it's a driver thingy or a network problem somewhere between my office's PC lan and the router that is suddenly not liking my HTC...
I recently received an unlocked T-Mobile Curve 8900 from a friend after my phone suffered from being run over by a car. I added the BB media package and expected wonders. The internet and MMS worked great for a few hours then stopped. Doing some research particular to this site, I doubled checked the settings. The EDGE is in capatal and reception is full bars. All status show connected to mobile network with the exception of BES. I am not interested in setting up any email programs such as outlook. The phone is registered with blackberry through the host routing table. The SMS feature are set on allow. I am not registerd through any BB site. Should I be? I tried the battery reset which worked both times but only for a few hours. I dont think I should have to reset the phone everytime right?

I can't even type a new message anymore, or can't receive one.My nokia n8 went to nokia than and came back friday with factory settings. Than the sms worked again fine.Today i reinstalled the back up i made with nokia suite before the nokia 8 was sent to nokia and after that sms stopped working again. What can i do to solve this ? Back to factory settings again ? Can i do it myself ?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI recently came from an 8900 to a bold 9700. I used the screenshot tool a lot. So I downloaded it to this phone and now it won't work. It just takes a shot of a white screen. Should I update the OS and try again? I'm currently running .330 which is the default for all tmo bolds. This is the only solution I can think of. If anybody knows something I don't about this please speak up.

1. When I press the button to activate the camera, it will not start the camera app anymore.
2. When I start the (default) camera app manually, it will start, leave the content of the viewfinder black and freeze: I need to reboot the phone because none of the buttons (back, menu, home) will react.
3. Alternatively, after about 2 minutes the frozen application will kill itself (I have no autokiller installed!)
Would uninstalling and re-installing the (default) camera app If yes, how would I get it uninstalled and where would I get the camera.apk to download from to re-install it?
My Desktop Manager and Torch were working beautifully together until a week or two ago. Now it will connect and says it's synching, but nothing gets transfered. When I try to close out the Desktop Manager, it shows that it is disconnecting, then just hangs there, and I have to use CTRL ALT DEL to close the program. I NEED the data on my BB and I am worried that it hasn't updated or synched properly in over a week.

I've had that capability for 2 years now on this bb (8530), OS 5, and suddenly it stopped working and asked me to sign in with my blackberry id but I can't now. I've done a security wipe, I've updated via pc with the bb desktop manager and I've reset the phone via CDMA screen (##231898). I've spoken to four live advisors at my provider's call center (Virgin Mobile) and nothing has I've tried has added back my data services. Now they say my only option is to buy a new phone as mine's out of warranty. with My phone works fine. I can receive and send texts as well as phone calls. But I can no longer set up email, go online, or go to app world but I'm still paying for unlimited data service. There's just the "hotspot browser" (for wi-fi) and I need the "internet browser"! There is just that one option now to choose from and there's no way to delete it either.

Clicking on the icon bring me sometimes to the choice for personnal email or enterprise and when I click on personal, I come back to the menu. Sometimes I canot even go to thi screen and I stay at the menu level.
I have my emails set up correctly for the blackberry web site, and I sent the service book to my mobile. I get emails working correctly.

Placing the flash menu file was a success but when I used the camera it didn't work now. I just bought this. View 13 Replies View RelatedWhich is really annoying because I often found that it was useful to force GSM because several of my phones (including my current HTC One) favour a weak WCDMA connection over a strong GSM, which is pointless when all I want is a phone conversation with a good line!
Really kinda loathing this update... an unwelcome change that hasn't really brought me anything good that I've noticed. Also since this update, I've been really missing being able to unlock the phone just by pressing the button (swiping the screen feels pointless on the HTC One and is slower when I want to frequently just check my location of Maps or something)...
I jb:ed my iPhone 4 with iOS 4.0.1 and installed sbsettings with activator 2 days ago. I also installed BiteSMS. Everythings been working fine since I jb:ed, but now the "activator"-menu in iPhone settings is gone and I cant use any gestures or access sbsettings at all.
Ive tried reinstalling / removing both sbsettings and activator several times, but the problems still there, activator just wont show up in "settings" anymore. It all happened out of the blue when I was about to show sbsettings to a friend a couple of hours ago, everything was working splendid before that! For some reason "five icon dock" also stopped working, but other "jailbreak-programs" are working fine.
