Is there a way of deleting multiple contacts on my Iphone at once? I find it very tedious to work through each contact that I want to delete, going first to the edit mode, and then delete.

I have the iPhone 4 and whether I use the contacts app or the phone app to make a new contact, when I try to add a picture, it never saves. You would have to first create the contact, then go back and edit it and add a picture either by taking a photo or using an existing photo. Am I the only one having this problem?
Also, if you, for example add in name, number, etc then try to snap a photo, not only will it not save the photo, but the info you just added is erased kinda strange.
I have an iphone 3GS and have recently updated to 5.1.1 Now the contacts app doesn't work. I cannot call from the list and I can't add or edit contacts within the app. I have tried a software restore but this hasn't worked. ICloud contacts is on.

I have a iphone 5s running ios8.1 (12B411). I am facing an issue with my phone/call options, when I want to search a contact from my phone/call options (rather than contacts page) the keypad doesn't pop-up. So all the way I need to goto contacts page in Extras to place a call.Â

My old cell died recently and I upgraded to a HTC Touch. I need to manually enter all my contacts onto the phone but I don't want to do it with the tiny keyboard. Is there some way I can enter them onto my PC and then import the contacts? I have them on my company outlook account but I can't sync with that.

View 2 Replies View Relatedi've been having one problem after another, i just security wiped my phone and i went to restore from my last backup. but my contacts didnt restore back onto the phone! i have no idea why it is not restoring back onto my phone. it is just greyed out when i try to restore in the desktop software. i have a mac btw. and i also lost all my bbm contacts because the last email i used to store my contacts was closed so i can no longer access it, if there are anyway to get those back please tell! i feel if i am able to restore contacts i can get them back!

I am pretty IT savvy so I googled the heck out of the issue. Here are the things I have tried. I started by going into Settings > Storage > Applications and cleared Data/Cache of several contacts related apps.I disabled the Google + app completely.I disabled all contacts syncing of all accounts and re-enabled.I made sure all apps are fully updated, even though when the problem first started all apps were out of date. Additionally, firmware is fully updated.Finally, I held volume up, power, and home button and wiped android cache partition.
Phone was sent in to be repaired. restored backup with BB protect. signed into BB ID with no problem. In the uninstalled section apps were missing that were downloaded to the phone prior to being repaired. I was able to update app world and bbm. All of my contacts are gone! What do i do to get my contacts back? What happened to my other apps that were previously downloaded?

It used to work before and now it does not work, they cant get my add requests, sometime added contacts get my messages. I don't get anything from them. I decided to send a text to everyone in my contact list in order to check whether their numbers were still working. I did get notifications that the text wasn't sent to some contacts which indicated that their numbers were no longer valid, but some of my other contacts did not have a tick next to their message and I didn't even receive an undelivered notification of those contacts. Does this mean that their numbers are no longer in use? here were ticks next to the contacts who I know had a valid working number.

I have noticed that most of the contact changes I make in the web interface (like adding an email address) are not synced to the phone. Today I added 4 new contacts in the web then synced several times, and just one was copied to the phone. The sync registry in the phone showed correctly that just one contact had been added to the phone. The phone is a Nokia E51 and I am syncing over WiFi.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI have a weird problem with my E71. Occasionally the contacts search where you start typing a name and the contacts pop up filtered on the home screen just stops working. I can get it working again by disabling and reenabling the feature (by typing something and choosing options>contacts search off; then turning back on).
why it is randomly ceasing to work? It's really annoying to sometimes use it and have it not work and then have to disable and re-enable.
How do I synch the contacts from my Berry to my google gmail account? When I go to my contacts and use options I have a contact list of unknown which has my contacts that I use for my bold. When I go to the unknown list under Wireless Synchronization it is grayed out and says unavailable. I can't figure out how to synch them. I want to back up my contacts online/gmail and be able to download them to future phones.
