Oct 7, 2010I went through getting rid of as much as possible and doing a factory reset to try and get rid of the problems.I managed to free up about 20mb, and then by the end of the same day I end up getting the memory full error messages again, which is stopping me from using phone properly. Unable to run most applications or recieve text messages.

The Man who sold me this iPhone told that this phone is from America and I thought it would work here like any other phone but in this case it doesn't work at all.

IPhone 5s :: Freezes After Attempting To Delete A Message
Aug 22, 2014Basically, every single time I try to delete a chat with someone my phone or just the Messages app freezes. I cannot even use the app once I attempt to delete a chat with someone. I end up in the "New Message" screen and it does not go away until I restart my phone. I cannot navigate through my phone at all once I'm on the "New Message" screen. I always have to resort to restarting my phone.Â
I have restored my phone to factory settings then backed it up with whatever is saved. I don't want to restore it to factory settings completely without the backup plan because I have invested a lot into this phone. Â
Also, this started occurring right after I updated to iOS 7.1.2. I thought Apple could do me no wrong... I guess I was just one of the lucky few.

Have tried different leads thinking it maybe that but that didnt work. my iTunes isn't the problem as my iPod is recognised on it and it's updated to the latest version.Â

Mar 18, 2012I have an iPhone 4 that I sync to iTunes (v 10.6). I used to have the ability to "Enable Disk Use". This was an option in the Summary page of the iPhone when synced. I have since updated the OS to 5.1 & I no longer see this option on iTunes when my phone is sync'd via USB cable. How to re-enable this?

I am trying to use this program called windirstat to map out my iphone's contents and see which files are taking up the most room but I cannot use that program unless my iphone is it's own drive. Also I tried this program called Expandrive which did allow me to make a drive out of my iphone but I was not able to see all the files on my iphone.

I read the manual and understood that iCloud has a capability to store files (though I am not sure if it is talking about any files from computer or just the files manageable in iPhone). So I tried to access the iCloud. It asks me for an apple ID. But when I try to use my currently active apple ID it says, "UNSUPPORTED APPLE ID, iCloud requires an Apple ID that is an email address." When I created an Apple ID a few years ago, I made it same as my Yahoo email address, just without the <<@yahoo.com>> part. So I had to create a new Apple ID just to use the iCloud. I entered all my information including my email address. But the system tells me, "INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS, This Apple ID is already being used. If this is your account, reset a forgotten password at iforgot.apple.com."...Hey, I am sorry, but I haven't forgotten my password. The system doesn't allow me to sign in using my existing ID. And then, when I try to create a new ID, it doesn't allow me to create a new one because my email is already used. What am I supposed to do in this case?

As a temporary fix I have found switching the phone on and off fixes it, but its happened a about 3 times over the past two months.

Apr 3, 2012I've recently bought an iphone 4s, but I'm having trouble synching my itunes to my iphone. It seems to synch for a few moments, the top of my itunes tells me that it's synching 'step 2 of 5' for example, but it never completes it, and my music never appears on my iphone.
It says that the iphone could not be synched because the required disk could not be found. Itunes is not the default player for audio files, could this have something to do with it?

Jun 4, 2012Hey there, i've seen this question on here a few times, but no advice for my situation has been given.
Like many other's, my iPhone 3GS was working perfectly until i did the new software update. The sim card is installed, i have taken the sim card in and out, and done a phone re-set by holding power and home buttons until the apple symbol appeared. The problem persists. I am now travelling in Vietnam, so contacting my provider or an Apple store isn't an option. The phone is outside of its guarantee. I had the phone unlocked in China, if this makes a difference.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Apr 3, 2011I have a Blackberry Curve 9330 (I think) that's about 3 weeks old. I downloaded two ringtones from Verizon and they played fine until yesterday. With no changes it now says "Invalid ringtone". When I attempt to play thru the music icon I get "An error has occurred attempting to play media." However, thru various maneuverings I can get the two songs to play but there's no way to restore them to ringtones. I've tried rebooting several times but nothing. I've searched just about every blog on this website and haven't found an answer. Interestingly, I can play UTube and just about any other media. Also, when I click "Options" in any app for info the only screen I get is to change wallpaper. Clicking "Options" from the home screen gives me the option to change ringtones, display, networks and connections, etc. but trying to change the ringtones results in the "Invalid ringtone" warning. I'm starting to hate this Blackberry!

Before anyone say's anything, I CAN'T get a replacement, this is NOT an option for me since the phone was a gift and I live in Dominican Republic, no Sprint here. Here's my story:So I got a Torch 9850 from Sprint as a gift from a friend. It suffered the nuked syndrome and I haven't been able to fix it. For the first few weeks I messed around with it trying all the steps I knew to get a nuked BlackBerry back alive. My PC does detect the BlackBerry, and so does AppLoader, but it keeps restarting and so AppLoader wouldn't successfully load the OS on it.A few days ago OS 7.1 was released for the 9850 and YES! AppLoader finally started the loading OS process...but it's not all happiness there either. When it gets to the second step "Wait for device initialization", right after the "Load JVM and system software" step, that's when the restarting starts again. When AppLoader is reconnecting to JVM, the phone enters a restarting loop and so an error shows saying "Unable to connect to device" and no matter how much I hit "Retry" it won't get past it. So this is where I need help, is there anyone out there that has been able to fix their 9850?
