Hiya, for as long as I can remember my girlfriends name has not shown up in my messages/recent calls etc - only her number. I've tried deleting the conversation and her contact and re-adding again - didn't work.
Tried disabling iCloud Contacts sync while doing it, no luck. Also tried resetting my network settings and still no luck

They only show in the All Mail mode. If I click on the account mailboxes individually they do not show. Anyone seen this before?

For some reason whenever someone sends me an MMS message that is supposed to be a video type message, it is only showing it as a picture message. I am not sure what may be the case.

Even after several resets etc. we were able to leave a message but never got a notification of a voicemail. When I manually dialed into my voicemail, the new message was there.

The past few days when I go out of the house and without the wifi, I noticed that if another iMessage user sends me a iMessage, i don't get it.I have the cellular data on and the sms option on as well. Today for example, I was receiving and sending out iMessages to one of my contacts and it was working perfectly. However, another contact of mine with iMessage tried sending me at least 3 iMessages and I never received them until hours after. Im not sure why Im able to receive and send iMessages to one contact, but not the other without being connected to the wifi.

They receive messages with pictures added to them, and the text in them, but not text-only messages. Text-only messages are received by other contacts. The recipient of Messages sent by me by iPhone 5c sees the gmail address of my wife as the sender rather than my name.
However, when I send an email from my iPhone it correctly shows my gmail address as the sender.

I have an annoying problem with my contacts-application. Sometimes when I get a call from a saved contact, ONLY the number is displayed as if it was an unsaved number. This also happends sometimes when I call a contact from my phonebook, it only displays the number and not the name.This even happends when I call a number/contact from my "Recent calls"-list. Every now and then, I will send a text message to a friend, and somehow, the message and the following conversation, seems to be copied to my wifes phone. An interesting scenario!! Also makes me wander who else might be aware of my sms conversations!I cant put my finger on when the issue first started, it does seem to have started fairly recenlty though. At first i thought i must have done something wrong...but now i am sure there is some sort of anomaly here. I have done an iphone reset (ie..hold power and home buttons down for 10 seconds). That did not seem to resolve. My friends is using an iphone 3GS (not sure of iOS version) and my wife and i are both on iphone 4 with 5.1.1. My wife's and my phone are managed by the same itunes account / pc (not sure if there is some sort of confusion between phs somehow?)
