How do I clear out the email address' that are automatically saved and re appear when addressing a new email? This is unique to my phone and does not happen on either of the email accounts when using a computer.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm having trouble with my 4G Xoom; I've visited Tim Hortons and Dunkin Donuts, and have logged onto their free wifi, but each store uses the same SSID, and if I pull into the parking lot, my Xoom switches from 4G to wifi to connect. Now I believe the saved profiles are corrupted on my Xoom, as when I leave these establishments, my Xoom will not automatically go back to 4G, and requires a reboot to switch over. I would like to just clear my wifi settings and saved hotspots, but can't find a way to do this. I just wiped and restored my tablet, but it restored all of my hotspot settings and reloaded them. Also, the "forget" command is only available when you are within range of a hotspot

I'm constantly battling low internal drive space on my Tab S (I'll NEVER buy another 16GB internal drive device), but this question should also pertain to my S6.
When I go into my "Storage" settings, I have the option to clear my cache with one click. I'd like to use this function to clear off my cached browsing, imgur, etc., but my concern is my games.
1) If I clear the cache, will I lose my saved game data?
2) Will I lose any settings for any apps?
Entering a "zero" in your email password. ALT doesn't work and the zero on the keyboard makes apaces. The last digit in my password is a "0".

Restoring the device should not be the only solution as many business users don't know the first thing about iTunes or syncing thus most enterprise devices have never been sync'd.

I've bought new BB Curve 9300 couple of weeks ago and facing some problem regarding my inbox. After configuring my email in the smartphone I am sending and receiving emails are fine but whenever I open an old email address from my PC it receive as new email on the smartphone with new time and date. What is the solution to stop old emails receiving as new ones on the device?Does BB have such synchronizing system that BB automatically sync with the mail server and shows all old emails on the device?

I have my email from exchange server set up on my blackberry. everytime I reply to an email in my Outlook, the email I responded to appears as a new email in my blackberry, so not the email that I sent, but the original email that I responded to.But does not happen when I respond to email on the blackberry. Text Messages options work, so I have no idea what could be wrong. its been like this since I got it. No matter how I try access it, I just can't, it doesn't do anything. Even if I go to "Setup", "Email Accounts", when I click on "Internet Mail Account", it does nothing. However "Enterprise Account" works. Please ask if I'm not clear on some point...I want to be able to check my email thru the GMail application; get notifications for my Yahoo Messenger, missed calls, voicemails, and SMS Text and MMS messages thru the BlackBerry Messages app; and my Gmail calendar thru the BlackBerry Calendar app.I can't figure out how to make my email NOT appear in Messages. So, I created a dummy email account that gets no email and set that up as the default email account. Now I get my real email thru the Gmail app, and all the other notifications thru Messages (and no emails in there). Great, but the Calendar app won't work with my Gmail account because it only wants to connect to the dummy gmail account and to Facebook. I don't want Facebook to touch my calendar, and I have set it as such in the Facebook App options, but it still does.
Using Google Sync, I managed to get my real calendar to show up in the Calendar as Default. When I run the sync, the appointments I created in the online Gmail calendar appear in the Calendar as being on the Facebook calendar. From the Calendar, I can not create appointments for my real Gmail account, only for my dummy account and for Facebook. If I delete the appointments from the Facebook calendar, then after syncing it deletes the appointments from my online Gmail calendar.I think what I need to know boils down to "how can I prevent email from appearing in Messages?". If I can figure that out, then I can delete the dummy account and set up the email as my real account and then the calendar should work correctly.
I don't know how to appear my inbox at the email setup. It only shows me the sent messages and doesn't notify me for incoming emails...

The messages in my Saved Messages folder now have the message status "Mailbox couldn't find original message, if forwarding or replying please resend the message" so that there is now a red X next to each saved message. I can still open each email to read it, but the attachments (all .jpgs) are not opening - all timeout for sending request.

I've also lost my User Guide since updating my phone after a phone prompt, when I try and access it it says 'Cannot find User guide on memory card. The memory card has been removed or the files have been deleted. Are these two things linked?

When I compose an email and press a letter to find a recipient, every person I ever sent or received an email from is in the list. It is not the same list as my contacts. I have looked everywhere in the BB files and cannot find the file where they are saved.
