Jun 5, 2011In the Email app, where do the saved messages go when you click on the menu key and click "Save email?" It's probably so simple, but I can't figure out how to access them.

May 4, 2013Was wondering where these are saved on the htc one? Where and how do you access these? I remember a long time ago I had to use something like Linda file manager or file explorer app. I would be very surprised if there wasn't a default app in jellybean that allows you to do this.

Sep 15, 2011As I am having to again restore my contacts to my latest replacement phone, I am reminded that neither VZ back up nor Corporate Sync restore all of the photos associated with the contacts.Google associated contacts seem to, but there doesn't appear to be a way to change where individual contacts are saved after they are created.I tried exporting my contacts to the SD card last time, but this also didn't include all of the photos.

Jul 8, 2012Can I remove the email widget (@ on red background emerging from a white envelope) and still receive email? I have a problem not being able to find saved emails when I use this widget to check my inbox. In this mode the app does not show the messages folder.
I have both a gmail account and a cox.net account, I receive emails on both accounts and would like to keep it this way. I'm afraid to delete the above mentioned widget if it could affect my emails.
Motorola Droid Razr :: Location Of Photos Saved On Hancent SMS?
Jun 15, 2012I thought it was saving pictures sent in text messages to the SD card. After all it says it is saving to SD card rather than phone internal storage. But it isn't. None of the photos are on the external SD card and they do not appear when I attempt to move the files under settings-storage-move to SD card. I noticed there is a slight difference in the path names of the camera and Handcent....the camera has the sdcard-ext in the path and Handcent does not have the ext portion in the path. However when I try to type the path into where to save them, it tells me invalid path. how to save texted photos to the external SD card?

No matter how many times I did a factory reset on the Razr M, every Wi-Fi that I've ever connected to would reamain listed in the "Manage Networks" tab (including the saved passwords). Thought I read somewhere that Google saves all this information under your gmail account.

Sep 19, 2011I bought E7 about a month ago. Previosuly had N95 and LOVED IT but I needed to update. I am having problems with my contacts. All my contacts are saved by sim card. I thoght sim was problem but No. Even with replacement sim, I still get errors as described on subject line above. I am thinking about contacting Nokia and get a replacement. I want to add pictures and ring tones to my various contacts but it is not possible with these errors that I am receiving. I try to add a new contact and phone does not allow it by, once again, providing an error as mentioned above. Some times, phone says that memory is full but yet the phone indicates that there are 150 contact slots still available to be used.

Sep 25, 2011I had an app on my droid that allowed me to password protect my pictures and also had one that allowed me to assign a folder to them that was not easy to acess. I had to do a reset on my phone and now I can't get to those pictures. They are still on the sd card because I can get to them if i plug into my computer. I have written the developers of the apps but have not gotten any response.

Jan 16, 2012Well for the past 24 hours and counting I cannot access any data unless i have a 4g signal, which doesnt stay on for more than 5 min before that drops. I spent another hour with tech support with no fix so they finally offered a Rezound which i painfully opted for. It is really a dissapointment that with all the months of delay that they could not get this beautiful phone to work for many of us. I hope the Rezound does not have issues like this phone does. Aug 27, 2011My son is in the Netherlands, trying to find a mobile carrier that will give him data access on his Droid 3. First he tried Vodafone NL, with the negative results I reported here: url...To summarize, Vodafone NL says there is a bug in the phone that they have reported to Motorola (with no response) that causes it to read the APN info on the SIM card incorrectly. Vodafone recommended that he try getting a SIM card from a major competitor such as KPN.
So that's what he's now done, with the following result: whenever APN settings are entered in the phone, they are forgotten 3 seconds later.So data remains unusable on the phone.This is a new phone that worked perfectly on CDMA and Verizon, and was purchased specificially because of its GSM capabilities in Europe.Note that with both carriers tried so far, voice and SMS ends up working fine.It's data that he can't get to work.A proposed solution to the Vodafone version of the problem was posted that involves rooting and tinkering with the files on the phone.That is not an option for us at the moment.

Jan 14, 2012When using the Droid Razr as a hot spot for my Zoom I cannot access Yahoo.com and a few other sites. When connecting using a conventional wireless hot spot there is no problems. Also tested using an HTC 4gLTE and there was no problems. The issue is specific to the Verizon/Motorola Razr Hot Spot. There seem so be an MTU issue with many sites when only using a Droid Razr as a hot spot, The Razr connects directly to all the sites but the Hot Spot function will not allow certain sites. After repeated calls and Google Searches I found a tech that amited that Verizon / Motorola Droid Razr has an issue with accessing certain sites only in the Hot Spot App. They plan to correct in the next update hopefully in Feb 2012. They suggested the the fix is in Beta. Some of the sites that don't connect are Yahoo.com and Yahoo.mail Microsoft.com some Apple sites. There are more but I didn't have pen at the time.

(no paperclip symbol). I receive all other attachments fine when the email is not digitally signed.Using Verizon Wireless as carrier.if the signed email was sent to my Gmail account all attachments appear as normal.

Aug 19, 2011After the recent GB update on my Droid X2 I am no longer able to access my outloook webmail url using the browser. Before being forced to take the GB update, I could type in https://webmail.medplus.com. I would get a certificate message and after hitting continue I would get the prompt for user name and password. I've tried other browsers with no luck. I've spent hours on the phone with Verizon support and we've narrowed it down to only phone that have GB software. I had this exact same issue with my Droid X when I got that GB update and moved to the X2 because that wasn't supposed to get GB. I've tried other android phones and those without GB I can access the site without issue.
Is anyone else having trouble accessing an outlook webmail url thru their browser with the GB update? My suspicion is that after the update google isn't playing well with microsoft as I've noticed some issues with hotmail post update that didn't exist preupdate.
