Nov 21, 2011I have changed a setting and now phone call details are appearing in my email list on my Blackberry Curve.
Does anyone know which setting I have changed and where it is?

May 25, 2012I've bought new BB Curve 9300 couple of weeks ago and facing some problem regarding my inbox. After configuring my email in the smartphone I am sending and receiving emails are fine but whenever I open an old email address from my PC it receive as new email on the smartphone with new time and date. What is the solution to stop old emails receiving as new ones on the device?Does BB have such synchronizing system that BB automatically sync with the mail server and shows all old emails on the device?

Feb 2, 2010I have a very big problem about 8310, as for a sudden I have lost my email application with no reason and I couldn't receive send email at all. I have contacted my service provider and they have helped me to check in many methods that would help to fix this even check my IEMI and Pin number in Canada and there was nothing wrong with it. Today I double checked in every application and I found I have no certificates details at all compare to the other BB.
I start to check this because it seems my provider doesnt recognize my emei and pin number. I have tried many times to delete email setting and reset. I couldn't even add the pin and emei number, it's always showned 'Invalid Pin and Emei' please contact your service device. Btw, I have been using it for 4 months only

Feb 4, 2010Ever since I've updated to FW2.1 all images I am downloading, either by emailing them to myself and then save or receiving via MMS are not appearing in the "Downloads" folder if the "Photos" app.The photos are in the "Images" folder of the Mass Storage drive, I can browse there and view them, but not via the photo app.Anything I can do, except for doing a hard reset?

Jun 24, 2012I have an iPhone 4S, running iOS 5.1.1 (9B206). About two weeks ago (not really sure when I noticed) a phone number appeared at the bottom of my Favorites list. The number is for a person that I deleted from Contacts some months ago. The number is not in the Contact list anywhere, the contact does not exist. I've tried recreating the contact (and Favorites then shows the name) and then deleting the contact, and its still there in the Favorites list. There is a facetime icon next to the number. If I turn off Facetime, the number disappears.

Jun 21, 2012I have a iPhone 4 with the latest iOS. When I add a contact to my phone, I choose a contact picture from the photo library. I make a test call to the number, and the photo appears full size. The moment I leave the contact screen and try to make a test call again (for example, adding the contact to my favorites and using a favorite link to make a test call) the picture appears as a thumbnail. This happens immediately and to every contact I have. I sync the contact list with Google contacts.

I have checked that app store is signed in to my current email address, it is, but as soon as I click Update it asks for the password to an old email address. It doesn't even recognise the password that used to be associated with that address.

May 23, 2011When I go into the mailbox on my Torch, and click on "options", nothings happens, so I've tried the same with "Messages" , and nothing happens. Text Messages options work, so I have no idea what could be wrong. its been like this since I got it. No matter how I try access it, I just can't, it doesn't do anything. Even if I go to "Setup", "Email Accounts", when I click on "Internet Mail Account", it does nothing. However "Enterprise Account" works. I do have an email account on it, but ever since I tried to access settings it doesn't work. I don't know what else to do,I've tried battery pulls, and all that stuff.

Apr 8, 2010I'm so confused by this that I'm not sure I even understand what the problem is even more. Please ask if I'm not clear on some point...I want to be able to check my email thru the GMail application; get notifications for my Yahoo Messenger, missed calls, voicemails, and SMS Text and MMS messages thru the BlackBerry Messages app; and my Gmail calendar thru the BlackBerry Calendar app.I can't figure out how to make my email NOT appear in Messages. So, I created a dummy email account that gets no email and set that up as the default email account. Now I get my real email thru the Gmail app, and all the other notifications thru Messages (and no emails in there). Great, but the Calendar app won't work with my Gmail account because it only wants to connect to the dummy gmail account and to Facebook. I don't want Facebook to touch my calendar, and I have set it as such in the Facebook App options, but it still does.
Using Google Sync, I managed to get my real calendar to show up in the Calendar as Default. When I run the sync, the appointments I created in the online Gmail calendar appear in the Calendar as being on the Facebook calendar. From the Calendar, I can not create appointments for my real Gmail account, only for my dummy account and for Facebook. If I delete the appointments from the Facebook calendar, then after syncing it deletes the appointments from my online Gmail calendar.I think what I need to know boils down to "how can I prevent email from appearing in Messages?". If I can figure that out, then I can delete the dummy account and set up the email as my real account and then the calendar should work correctly.

I have a MESSAGES folder in my screen when I hit the menu button and in this folder, my missed calls, my bberry messenger (contact my contact by text), and my email is synchd.There as well as in my chosen home screen folders. I understand my email being sent there but my missed calls go to that folder only as well as some of the messenger texts as I stated. I have to hit the menu button, then open a message folder with a mixture of different types of messages and then I have to search for my missed calls and messenger texts in a mix of email. Why are missed calls going there and my messenger text?
