Ever since I've updated to FW2.1 all images I am downloading, either by emailing them to myself and then save or receiving via MMS are not appearing in the "Downloads" folder if the "Photos" app.The photos are in the "Images" folder of the Mass Storage drive, I can browse there and view them, but not via the photo app.Anything I can do, except for doing a hard reset?
View 7 RepliesI have a Nokia X6, I've connected it to my PC and downloaded the England map. It downloaded the Europe base map and the England map. When it downloaded it said 'On Phone' however when I open the Maps application on the phone it still says I need to get the maps.

But the PC Ovi Suite is just busy forever, without downloading anything (I used Performance Monitor to find out it was doing nothing for hours).As I have unlimited data plan from my phone, I decided to try updating directly from the phone instead. It successfully downloaded the list of maps, but when I selected one of them"No Wi-Fi network available. Please configure a WiFi access point in the phone Internet destination settings."Why should I do that? -- I have a working connection on that phone (as evidenced by the successful download of the list of maps). So now, I am stuck. How can I download the maps?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI play a game called Haypi Kingdom on my phone which is quite addictive. The problem I have however is not with the game itself but with the images it has put on my phone to run itself, they seem to have 'inbedded'into the system on my phone so when for example I go into my camera I have a Haypi symbol on the bar at the top and then when I close it and its between closing an app and going to the main screen or vice versa the Haypi Kingdom shield and sword and severaL motifs appear briefly.I have tried removing the game to get rid of this but it still happens even when its not installed now, its like as if its installed a Haypi Kingdom theme to my phone! I like the game but not so much that I want to see it all over my phone!

The album for the band U2 spontaneously appeared on my iphone. I don't have them in my itunes and have never downloaded their album. When I try to delete it on my phone it doesn't allow me, and its not in my itunes. The album appears when I connect my phone to my PC. I want these songs deleted but I dont know how? I've tried taking all my songs off my phone, everything is removed but this U2 album remains?

I have an iPhone 4S, running iOS 5.1.1 (9B206). About two weeks ago (not really sure when I noticed) a phone number appeared at the bottom of my Favorites list. The number is for a person that I deleted from Contacts some months ago. The number is not in the Contact list anywhere, the contact does not exist. I've tried recreating the contact (and Favorites then shows the name) and then deleting the contact, and its still there in the Favorites list. There is a facetime icon next to the number. If I turn off Facetime, the number disappears.

I would like to download images to my phone e.g. from my Facebook albums.
1. Is this possible from the built-in browser ? I can do it from Opera Mini, but haven't found a straightforward method for the Nokia browser.
2. The images I did download are very small (certainly smaller than the were when uploaded). Is it possible to download the full-sized image ? If not, is this a phone/browser or Facebook limitation ?
It seems when I download an app anyone who is in my BBM contact list gets a message that I downloaded that app. Where can I find the setting so that no one gets this message???
View 3 Replies View RelatedJust upgraded to S5 about a week ago and I'm finding that several of my downloaded apps are not showing up in the app list, including pre-installed apps like Kindle. Their accompanying widgets show up in the widget list, but the actual app icon is missing from the app list, the only way I can get to the app is either by adding the large widget to a home screen or by going into the playstore and searching for the app. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but it doesn't work. In the case of the Kindle app I can't completely uninstall it since it's pre-loaded. Any other way than reformat the phone completely?

View 6 Replies View RelatedI updated my Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic firmware to the latest version yesterday and I also installed the latest Ovi maps through Ovi Suite and everything installed successfully. However, when I go to maps on my phone, the GPS and satellites are working fine, but I can not see any maps appearing on my phone - just a grey/pale green background appears instead of the maps. Only if I zoom all the way out, then the world globe starts to appear, and then disappears as I try to zoom back in.

I have tried going through all the settings and everything I could think of to try and fix th problem but nothing would help. Apologies for the appalling mock-up but it seemed a good way of trying to describe it. It's a grey square with a phone receiver flashing green and yellow in the middle. There also appears to be a letter D to the bottom right hand corner.URL... and URL...It's very odd, flashes for a few seconds and then disappears.
Iīm using the newest PC Suite under Win 7 32 bit, and a Nokia 8800.Up to now the WIn 7 BT driver was installed and worked for month.Since a couple of weeks I donīt get an automated sync. Sync starts, and ends with the error "check if device is connected".
The device IS connected, I can see my messages and calendar in PC Suite, PC Suite and the round connection symbol are green.Now I tried to install the latest Belkin BT Broadcom Widcomm driver (I used an older widcom last year under XP!).this one does not show up in the connection manager. There I only find the Microsoft.
I am using nokia 5230. some of my contacts are saved in phone memory and some in sim memory. But now if anybody calls me neither the caontact name nor the contact number is apperaing. It simply shows call1 calling. And in the call list (missed, recieved)n its showing as no number.
