I have a 16 gig iphone 4 and its been laggy and slow lately as well its been closing apps on me. I always close my apps and everything i also have a system log app that is showing constant errors. CPU Usage Average 45 Percent.

I have a iPhone 3G and after the iOS4 update, my phone has been lagging beyond belief. It seems like its freezing when im texting someone and its slow when i'm on my iPod setting. I only have 4 apps on it but around 400 songs on it . Anyone know if I should see an Apple Genius about it?

Then other times i get a notification i open the app and nothing. i wonder what is going on. Anyone else thing its getting laggy lately?
View 11 Replies View RelatedSo ive been with the Galaxy since the S3, and each one ends up becoming the same. They are great when i first get them, then within the first 2 months, they pretty much turn into crap. The UI isnt smooth, things take a while to open, apps dont transition to another smoothly, opening texts,, going back and forth between texts and apps arent the best and i constantly get problems to the point i need to do a warranty exchange with tmobile.
Even with a rooted phone i experience the same. Whenever i test out my friends iphone, everything seems to be super quick and fluid, just not customizable and limited to what you can do..What can i do to improve my phone or this is just how these galaxies are?
I've had my Storm 2 for about 5 months now and at first it was running awesome-ly. Now, if I type to fast during a message of any sort, it'll freeze on that screen and I won't be able to do anything until I hit the back button and re enter the message I was writing to finish it. Also, I've noticed that apps crash a lot, and that overall, it is just much slower. I'm very good about closing apps when I'm done with them, so I don't really know where this lag could be from.

View 5 Replies View Relatedwhen I have disconnected battery and changed screen, now the screen is just black and the phone just double vibrates constantly when plugged into charger. sk basically screen is like dead, I tried old screen back in and same, but if was v damaged anyway with green screen and lines. But now just get black screen. iTunes recognises if and allowed me to restore but again same problem. Don't know whether to try another new screen.

I checked text and both email accounts and it always shows 1 email on the upper bar. Is there some way to reset it? It will still show more when I get other emails but if I get 2 it shows 3.

It started with three, then four, and now six. I have read several forums and have tried pulling my battery several times. I have even deleted my e-mail account and set it up again. I have gone into all my folders to see if there is a message hiding somewhere. I can't find anything. Has anyone else had this problem? Aside from doing a factory restore and/or calling Verizon does anyone have any suggestions on how I can reset the counter? By the way, my carrier is Verizon!

View 2 Replies View RelatedI tried sending a picture via text message. This didn't work and I got the message "Message cannot be sent" with that red frowny face. So I deleted the message from the conversation.The problem is, that this deleted message now seems to be stuck somewhere: when I go to the overview of conversations, the one I tried sending the picture now always has that red frowny face next to it, even though since then I was sending normal messages succerssfully. Also that sad frowny face sometimes comes up as a notification. I click on "clear", so it disappears, but then after a while it will come back.
I already cleares the cache for the "Messaging" and restarted the phone, but it's still there. Do you know how I can get rid of the red frowny face?

No problems the first week but now I am constantly getting a message saying application memory low, asking me to delete the one application (facebook) that I have installed on my phone. I have a 4gb memory card and everything is stored to that not the phone. so when i click no, it deletes my texts which is very inconvenient seeing as how I do alot of my work from my phone via text with my boss. it deletes my texts even if i only have 10 on my phone... it deletes the messages and leaves the blank message box. How to keep it from deleting my texts I changed the setting to keep the messages forever but it still deletes them. I am ready to throw my phone out the window!

View 9 Replies View RelatedI have a iphone 3g not 3gs. I am jailbroken and unlocked on 3.1.2. I need to have the unlocked since I use T-Mobile. Lately, the phone has been really buggy and lags a lot. I have restored it a few times already, but after a few months the phone will eventually begin lagging. After some research, people said that it could be a file that was backed up causing the lag. I was thinking about restore to 3.1.2 and not perform a backup of anything. Would this be the best solution? Can I still restore to 3.1.2 using a custom firmware? or Should I just delete all my programs and see if that fixes the issue? Is there any other reasons why the phone would lag?

But now also problem remains it hangs some time, the new upgrade has Task Manager, but it keeps showing CPU: 100% alert. I wonder if only my maps and browser is open, why does it show the sign? Now also while I am typing this from mobile, it is giving same alert with only browser running. Isn't it made for multi-tasking? And also (problem not of topic) my market's page doesn't upgrade itself. It keeps running on old format.

I have biteSMS version 4.98, and a replacment icon, that changes it to the stock messages icon, when i click on the bitesms icon to open up my messages, it pops up to a white screen (i see header with all the menu and compose button and edit button... but my messages list is blank then about 10-20 seconds later... it pops up and works ok, when i am txting someone, and i get a txt while typing it gets really laggy and slows for about 10 seconds then everything comes through (i hear the sound but get no message for about 10 seconds (sometimes it just crashes right back to home screen)
When I got my 9700 it was running smooth. I downloaded a few apps and all of a sudden it started showing the little loading clock on almost everything I ran, so I deleted a few apps and voala!. It was working good again. But now, I have not downloaded any new apps and is giving me that clock againg.
