BB Torch :: Charge Down - System Slow?
Oct 25, 2012Since i updated my os to 7.1, my handheld is getting too slow and also the charge is draining like anything. Not even works for half day. My device is just one year old.

Nov 25, 2015I just picked up two new nokia icons off ebay.. it was listed as new at least.. came in a box etc..
If i plug it in to charge.. it charges at about 1% per hour if that.. turn the screen on and it drops several percent,. use it unplugged and it rapidly discharges maybe 15% or more in a very short period of time.
Im guessing i got a bad batch?
Its very odd that both phones exhibit the same behavior.. and just for kicks i left 8.1 on one and put 10 on the other.

Feb 1, 2012Error Message :Blackberry wont charge through USb and Cannot update system software as the charging source could not be recognized I have been facing this problem since couple months. I have been recommended to update the system software however i cannot do that as well as it is not being detected through USb i have tried using different cables different machines however its the same issue. That states that the issue is with the phone. IS there any way the i can update my system software through WIFI?

Jan 21, 2010My phone charges sooooooo slow when I plug it into the USB on my computer with the data cable. It takes a couple of hours to go from low to 50%. This just started happening and.
It doesn't appear that anything is wrong with the cable - I've only used it a few times. A lightning bolt is appearing and it is charging for sure. It hasn't always done this - or at least I don't thinks so. I've backed up and restored data on my desktop through the USB without a problem.

Jul 24, 2011I recently purchased a Blackberry Sync Pod and for some reason the phone will not charge while on the dock. The phone wil enter bedside mode and i get a message stating that the phone will not charge. I am able to charge the phone without the dock using the exact same cable. The retailer isnt willing to assist in this matter as they say it is something I need to take up with the manufacture.whats wrong or how to make the phone charge?

After I have restored the device from BlackBerry Desktop, none of my downloaded apps are there. I have a brand new 9860 , running Bundle 7.1. I launch App World. It tells me to upgrade. When I follow the screen upgrades, I reach an error message : Notice: Sorry your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support BB App World. I have a brand new phone so first question...can I upgrade App World over Wi-FI. or do I have to get a Data Plan from my Telco first ? I have been running my old phone fine with no Data plan but enjoying BBM and Cell use.

I've tried taking the battery out, I've reset it a few times and I'm working on reinstalling the operating system.

I had backed up my phone thru sofware 7 removed the videos/Snaps. Still there is no improvement in the speed. Also i have not installed any new theam/apps on my cell. whatever the theme was there at the time of purches i am running on the same. Even the empty space of memory is 4.00GB on memory card.Also how to update the basic files which comes with the phone at the time of purchase? As i do not know how to update that.
