View 4 Replies View RelatedI had my BlckBerry Torch 9800 with; OS 6.0 with Bundle 1907 plugged in all night charging and when I got up this morning the phone was rebooting. While after awhile of this I watch the phone go 3/4 of the way to start up then it reboots. Over and Over.Fixes I have tried:
1) removed battery wait 30 sec and put back in. NO LUCK
2) removed battery wait 6 min and put back in. NO LUCK
So apparently I have a "Nuked" Blackberry? According to other forums that I have read, that seems to be my problem, but I have tried all of the methods that other users have suggested, such as: rebooting in Safe Modedeleting appsupgrading my OS (currently have 6.0)turning off JavaScript on the browser...none of these worked.I noticed that when my screen would freeze and my phone would reboot, I am usually on the internet. My phone seems to be fine if I am just texting, using BBM, Twitter, etc. So I have no idea what's going on. I've had to pull the battery probably 10+ times just this evening; gets quite annoying.
View 3 Replies View RelatedMY TORCH IS ONLY 4 MONTHS NEW. IT HAS BEEN WORKING FLAWLESSLY UNTIL YESTERDAY I DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED AN APPLICATION FROM THE BLACKBERRY APP WORLD. AFTER JUST INSTALLING THE APP AND REBOOTING ITSELF ALMOST TO THE END OF THE REBOOTING CYCYLE WITHOUT FINISHING IT AND THEN RESTART TO THE BEGINNING OF THE CYCLE AND IT HAS BEEN BEHAVING IN THIS ENDLESS PERPETUAL CYCLE. ANYONE COULD ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO BEFORE I SEND IT BACK TO RIMS.
View 6 Replies View RelatedMy BB Torch 9800 on my AT&T network is constantly not holding any battery charge, it's constantly dying on me even though I constantly have in plugged into a car charger or a wall charger at all times, it also started to reboot itself and then once its complete it reboots itself again and again and again. I've tried leaving the battery out for 15min and then trying to reboot it again, that does nothing. I've gone into the Options section under Device and disables the Compression, that did nothing, I've check the CPU Usage for the day and the week nothing is really eating the power up. I have also held down the menu button and switched off all my apps in there and still no better.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am using blackberry for around 10 months now. Since laast 2 weeks, my BB is very slow. If i open google news using wifi, it takes ages to scroll the same page. If i open a new link, it opens second tab but complains that low memory. try closing some tabs. I do not understand this behaviour. Also, today I was listening songs on media player and wanted to change to another song andthe player complained that the player is busy!I think the RAM of the device is either not correct or some virus is executing in background.
View 4 Replies View RelatedWhy does this happen?? I have tried taking out the battery etc. and this makes little to no difference. Any ideas?I am also working out how to get my school email on the device, but I believe this is covered elsewhere so I shall follow up there with any problems.

As an avid business crackberry fan (and business manager) for over 3 years, I was appalled to find that I would need to slide the keyboard out to enter my security code, especially when I would do it 50-100 times per day. As every other touchscreen phone on the market has a pattern unlock method, this is the single issue preventing from purchasing this phone(s) PLEASE ISSUE AN UPDATE/APP/PATCH anything to bring this vital security & efficiency issue up to par.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have already installed the new Desktop Manager 6.0 that I downloaded from the RIM site.
I am thinking the safest way to not have a problem is the just restore my 9800 data from a back up rather than do the Switch Device thing. Anyone worried it might bring erroneous crap into the new 6.0 OS.
Maybe it would be better to redo my settings after the data install to make sure all is clean and working correctly. Some of the 5.0 setting would not be applicable to the new 6.0 software.
Title speaks for its self. They just posted on there wall they will be offering it. No details as to when/price.

View 8 Replies View Relatedmy BlackBerry Torch 9800 is in a rebooting loop. I was downloading an update to an app from the BB App World, and then it started to install (also had a notification that it was installing), then two seconds later, the screen went black. Later, the LED flashed red and started to boot. Then, it kept on doing this in a loop.
View 9 Replies View RelatedMy BB Torch 9810 is less than 3 months old. Yesterday Morning, I observed that it went off. I thot the battery was down, so I decided to charge it. Then it began the booting and rebooting and has not stopped till now. My BB pin is (personal info removed) perhaps there is something remotely that can be done.
