Then when i wanted a photo saved it wouldn't save to the proper place. It said, "File System Error (6)" I've tried rebooting it, restarting it, removing the battery, taking out the SIM card and putting it back, etc... None of them have worked and now I can't even find or see my photos that I've taken already with the camera. My videos are still there and viewable unlike the pictures.

My E63 has just started to show 'system error' when I'm trying to enter a 'to do' appointment in my calendar.The IT guy at work recently updated my 'mail for exchange' settings and had set the phone up to sync mail, contacts and calendar - I usually only sync mail so I turned off the syncing of contacts and calander. Does anyone know if this would cause the error? I've attempted to do a reset using *#7780# 12345 as mentioned elsewhere on this forum but the phone tells me that if wil restore ALL factory settings before I get as far as entering 12345. I really don't want to lose all my data teying to fix this.

View 5 Replies View RelatedWas happily plugging away at my three-day-old N97 and decided to purchase the upgrade for the QuickOffice suite of apps that came preinstalled. Installed the new version, at the end of which the Installer requested a phone restart.When it was starting up, a message stating "system error" popped up. Ever since, I cannot get into the Menu screen, since the same message appears, with an "Ok" item to press. The phone apperas to be working just fine and I can even get into apps by configuring one of the shortcuts in the Standby screen. After backing it up, tried uninstalling all the apps I had recently added, to no avail. In desperation, even reinstalled the firmware via the firmware updater module of the PC Suite, no avail! What should I try to get it back to 100%?

I have tried two solutions but neither of them works:Manually set up emails on device - in this case, I receive the same email TWICE, one from the system (still showing unknown) and the other one from device, which I can use to reply email. But it is ANNOYING to receive everything twice.Delete all email accounts from the CSL Blackberry system - I still receive emails with unknown receivers no matter how many times I have deleted those accounts. View 4 Replies View RelatedI have Nokia e51 and I've tried to configure MfE on it the same way it works on my other Nokia phone (5230), but although the settings are exactly the same, I keep on receiving "System Error" while synchronizing the email (it looks like this translated from Polish I click 'synchronize' it says 'connected' 'synchronizing email' 'sync failed. Contact your administrator if the problem persists'). The email account is Gmail. My settings:

Everything is as the setup instructions for MfE at Google Support says and , as I said, it works perfectly on Nokia 5230. The log says: "System error, try again later"
The funy part is that I've tried using two different e-mail accounts: they both display that error but the one that works on my other Nokia apparently downloaded the mail (although it still shows errors everywhere, even the log says it didn't work). The MfE is the most current, I've downloaded it from Ovi store today (3.00.050), my Nokia software is updated too (410.34.001).
I do get a system error message when starting the maps app. I know that this is not a new topic but I did not find after intensive search a solution.
-Firmware is updated
-soft reset done
-it seems that the app is not installed
-have deleted the cities folder and the qf file
Unfortunately no change maps app does not start. Not sure that this is important but I want to mention this for the sake of completeness.
-the maps did work once
-when I started them the next day and I was at a different location it still showed the location of the
previous evening abnd did not recognize where the phone was
-after some time I could not start the the maps app.
