HTC Desire HD :: Frozen After System Update?
Dec 25, 2010I have a Desire HD on Vodafone in the U.K and I have done every system update so far without a hitch but the latest one released today seems to have given me some problems.
I left the phone alone and it carried on and did everything just as usual but after it had completed the screen now appears to be unresponsive.
I cannot swipe the bar down at the bottom and hence my phone is locked all the time. The only way to restart is to pull the battery out but even after doing that several times and also removing the sim card and mem card I still have the same problem each and everytime
HTC Desire C :: System Update Download 'paused'?
Feb 4, 2013A few days ago a system update became available for my Desire C but it doesn't seem able to download properly. I just get an error message saying there is a problem with my wifi/internet connection. Does anyone know what the problem might be, and how I can fix it?

Jan 10, 2012I have strange problem with my HTC Desire HD (A9191) I updated to Android 2.3.5 some time ago and since then I have a problem. If my phone is locked, I can't answer incoming call from some numbers.
When there is incoming call and I pull the green ring to the bigger ring to accept the call, the phone wants to turn off and asks me to 'force close'. Of course, I can't answer the call anymore.
When there is incoming call and I pull the red ring to the bigger ring to decline the call, the phone totally freezes while still ringing. It keeps ringing for around 10-15 minutes and does not react to anything.
The problem does not occur when the incoming call comes when phone is unlocked (i'm using it at the moment of the call coming).

For a long time I had just accepted it was gone and continued using my BB but last night I reinstalled it and then attempted to install/upgrade my current BB Facebook to the newer nicer version but it was telling me I my blackberry didn't meet the system requirements for it. Sep 8, 2014I am trying to change my apple id on my iPhone 5. The issue is that I have forgotten my password and when I use the iForgot screen the system does not recognize my date of birth. I have requested an email three times but never received anything. I am unable to go through manage my ID and change back to the old email account as this email account is now my rescue account.I have an iTunes account that I can access through my pc with no issues.

Nov 2, 2015LG G4 recently, specifically the battery life. Yesterday, it somehow discharged from 100% to 20% three times in one day, on normal usage. I just don't know what is wrong with the phone. Android (and GSam) claim that the highest user of battery is Android System and Android OS.
What I have done:
-Used LG Access Lock to deny keep awake and location permissions
----worked for a few days and then battery life fell back off
-Full reset of phone
----battery life is actually worse after the reset
-Battery saving location settings
Possible suspects:
-Pebble watch --- constant on bluetooth maybe?
-Facebook/Messenger/Snapchat/etc --- wanting my location constantly?

Nov 21, 2014I have been trying to clear system cache to see if resolves some issues with WiFi I am having. But when I am trying to do this but when I get to the screen the red triangle, press and hold then VOLUME UP and POWER buttons, the screen will go blank the the phone will just reboot into the OS.
Procedure
1) Power Device Off
2 Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN and POWER until you get into the system menu.
3) Press VOLUME DOWN, highlight the RECOVERY option press POWER
Wait for Red Triangle to appear.....
4) Press and hold VOLUME UP and POWER to enter option the clear system cache.
At step 4 is where it just reboots into the OS, I never get the option to clear cache. I have also tried just pressing both VOLUME UP and POWER and releasing, no luck.

Jul 3, 2010System utilizes more ram when compared to other devices this is because of Android 5.1.1? For example Xperia is taking more than 1gb when it comes to other devices it's only less than 500mb.
