BlackBerry :: Error In BIS Online Registration System?
Oct 25, 2012
I have registered my device on the CSL Blackberry system, so the email has been coming in my device, but the receiver is always "unknown" (click to see screenshot), I can't reply any email because the device can't identify which email address to use for sending. I have tried two solutions but neither of them works:Manually set up emails on device - in this case, I receive the same email TWICE, one from the system (still showing unknown) and the other one from device, which I can use to reply email. But it is ANNOYING to receive everything twice.Delete all email accounts from the CSL Blackberry system - I still receive emails with unknown receivers no matter how many times I have deleted those accounts. I am transferring to BES now, but this problem still remain. PLS CONTACT ME ASAP, it has been causing many problems at work that I can't receive/send email as it suppose to.
It is currently impossible to register as a publisher at [URL]. In Step 5/6 - Payment, after accepting the "Payment Terms" and clicking the "Proceed to payment" -button it does not redirect me to the payment service but gives an HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error).
Blackberry messenger failed to register with the blackberry messenger service. Regestraion is necessary to use the features of this application. your device time is correctly set, open the my profile screen and check the blackberry messenge regestration status.
I have recently installed the latest update on my torch, and when the process has been completed I can't access any of my email accounts or several other apps i.e. fb, twitter, rss feeds, etc.I have looked through the forums and followed the steps of registering through the mobile site, but none of these methods have worked, as an error message always appears.I have also found whilst running the diagnostic that the 'blackberry registration' field is 'no'. I have tried to register the devise using the host routing table method, but this isn't giving me any results!
i have a blackberry curve 9300 running ios 6. every time i try to write in Arabic, whenever i hit teh space bar, i get a message "input system error. system is being restarted"
I get this message "input system error, the system is being restarted" when i press the spacebar when texting. It freezes after every word for about 3 seconds then back to normal. but keeps doing it every time i press speacebar.
Here is the poblem I have since yesterday. If I put my friend's Sim Card in my N900, everything works fine. If I put my own Sim Card into my friend's phone, everything also works fine. If I put my own sim card into my N900, and try to make call immediate after the screen boots up (icons are slow then, still loading), then it also works fine.
However if my N900 properly boots up, then I cannot make calls at all. Setting it to offline mode then normal mode will not register with my network and result in Sim Card registration error if I wait long enough. So it seems like my N900 won't take my Sim Card after booting. it will take it during booting, but some process killed it. Can someone help me solve this? I do not remember installing anything since last time it worked.
I spoke to Motorola today. They said it is a sim card issue. I took the phone into the Sprint store they told me I had to call the International department. I called and I was told an e-ticket had to be set up for me to take the phone back to the store and they have to trouble shoot it before they will send out a new phone. WTHeck this is getting ridiculous. This has been going on since September when I got the phone. And now I get this message during calls and it drops the call and I can't place the call again until the error resolves itself.
i've got a system error on E System - JVM:INFOp=(my pin)='7.1.0.714',o='5.1.0.532',h=c001804 i've reinstall the latest software but still got this error my blackberry protect is not connecting as well.
In the past when I changed my BB I would login to Rogers BIS web site and click "Detect New Device" and the new BB would be detected. I would then have the service books pushed to the new BB.I recently changed to a BB Curve 9360 and logged into the on-line BIS. When I clicked on "Detect New Device" the new BB wasn't getting detected. When I went to the email set-up tool on the device, as expected my email accounts were not there. I added one email account which got added successfully. However, there was no way for me to associate my new BB with my existing BIS account. In essence, a new BIS account was created.
I had to call Rogers BlackBerry Technical Support and ask them to remove my old BB/Pin and add my new BB/Pin. As a result I had to validate all of my email accounts (and unfortunately delete and re-enter a couple email accounts because the email settings somehow changed).Unfortunately, the second time I switched my BB it seems like my BlackBerry ID profile was cleared by the BB technical support rep and I lost all my BBM contacts (and just my luck I had deleted my back-up a couple minutes prior).what's the proper method to associate a new BB with your BIS account and BlackBerry ID?
i own a blackberry bold 9700 OS 6 , lately every time i try to write messages or anything in Arabic this message appers " input system error - the system is being restarted " this never happened before with me .
When I attempt to take a picture with the camera, I get an error message - File System error (12) How do I get it to keep a picture? I don't have a sim card.
My phone randomly won't play any of my ringtones or loaded music. One person called me and my profile changed my ringtone to a standard tone. Once I try to play the ringtone it won't. So then I tried to download new ringtones and I got the message error reading; File System out of resources. Once I was in another location it started working again.. it seems to be getting messed up when I am in my home, but this has never happened before.
i bought BB9860 couple of weeksago, still i could not activiate my inernet sim on it( i have complimentary "mobily SIM" found within the box) somebody told me, black berry will not accept any other sim than BB own internet system is thie true ?

I have a BlackBerry Torch 9800 Smartphone. I have been trying to buy the radio app for BlackBerry several times and it says that there is an error in the system. ID error: 9300.I can download apps for free, but this app I can not do it.
I have a blackberry 9300 3G and for some or other reason I cannot watch videos online anymore. I have the phone for about 8 months now and previously I could watch videos on the internet without problems but now it loads like forever and when it eventually starts it buffers the whole time.
Can I install Blackberry 6 operating system in BOLD 9700? It now has 5.0.0.351. When I try to update through Desktop Software the installation stops with an error message "check internet connection"
Take a picture, get error message that states: File system error. A screen pop up and wants me to save to another file? But even when I change the file name error message comes back. I have no pictures saved on the phone and can not find in options how to fix where the picture will be saved.
My E63 has just started to show 'system error' when I'm trying to enter a 'to do' appointment in my calendar. The IT guy at work recently updated my 'mail for exchange' settings and had set the phone up to sync mail, contacts and calendar - I usually only sync mail so I turned off the syncing of contacts and calander. Does anyone know if this would cause the error? I've attempted to do a reset using *#7780# 12345 as mentioned elsewhere on this forum but the phone tells me that if wil restore ALL factory settings before I get as far as entering 12345. I really don't want to lose all my data teying to fix this.
I did the recommended system update last night and now my phone is completely unusable! I am gettin the error message "App error 602" and the option to restart every time I restart I get the same message.
Was happily plugging away at my three-day-old N97 and decided to purchase the upgrade for the QuickOffice suite of apps that came preinstalled. Installed the new version, at the end of which the Installer requested a phone restart. When it was starting up, a message stating "system error" popped up. Ever since, I cannot get into the Menu screen, since the same message appears, with an "Ok" item to press. The phone apperas to be working just fine and I can even get into apps by configuring one of the shortcuts in the Standby screen. After backing it up, tried uninstalling all the apps I had recently added, to no avail. In desperation, even reinstalled the firmware via the firmware updater module of the PC Suite, no avail! What should I try to get it back to 100%?
I've recently updated my N97 software to 21.0.045 (the last one). and right after the update is finished, it gave me "system error" on installing and now I can't get access to the clock, the calendar and others. it even stops responding for a while each time I open sittings... and there is no theme effects when the screen flips to landscape even if it is on.
