Galaxy S6 :: Always Becomes Slow And Laggy

So ive been with the Galaxy since the S3, and each one ends up becoming the same. They are great when i first get them, then within the first 2 months, they pretty much turn into crap. The UI isnt smooth, things take a while to open, apps dont transition to another smoothly, opening texts,, going back and forth between texts and apps arent the best and i constantly get problems to the point i need to do a warranty exchange with tmobile.
Even with a rooted phone i experience the same. Whenever i test out my friends iphone, everything seems to be super quick and fluid, just not customizable and limited to what you can do..What can i do to improve my phone or this is just how these galaxies are?

I have a iPhone 3G and after the iOS4 update, my phone has been lagging beyond belief. It seems like its freezing when im texting someone and its slow when i'm on my iPod setting. I only have 4 apps on it but around 400 songs on it . Anyone know if I should see an Apple Genius about it?

I have noticed lately, that Im not getting badge push noticications alot. I go into settings turn it off and turn it back on and i have a dozen. Then other times i get a notification i open the app and nothing. i wonder what is going on. Anyone else thing its getting laggy lately?

I've had my Storm 2 for about 5 months now and at first it was running awesome-ly. Now, if I type to fast during a message of any sort, it'll freeze on that screen and I won't be able to do anything until I hit the back button and re enter the message I was writing to finish it. Also, I've noticed that apps crash a lot, and that overall, it is just much slower. I'm very good about closing apps when I'm done with them, so I don't really know where this lag could be from.

I have a 16 gig iphone 4 and its been laggy and slow lately as well its been closing apps on me. I always close my apps and everything i also have a system log app that is showing constant errors. CPU Usage Average 45 Percent.

I have the AT&T 32GB variant.
I noticed that sometimes (actually, somewhat frequently) the animation to open the app drawer is a little choppy and laggy. And then the actual app drawer (swiping left and right) also has slightly choppy animation as it moves from each page of apps.
This goes away if you press home, and then return back to the app drawer.

Is this an issue or a feature? Since I started using the S6 I noticed that the scrolling down on big webpages feels stuck and laggy, it's not smooth as it was in the G2.

So my contract is up and it's time to upgrade from my Nexus 4, but I'm cheap and don't need leading edge technology, and one of the devices I'm looking at is the G3 (the other is the Nexus 5). Reviews that I've seen have been overwhelmingly positive, but two problems that I've seen mentioned are:
Lag can be an issue. The device is susceptible to over heating.The thing is, the reviews I've read are months old, so, are these still problems for the G3, or have they been fixed?
Also, as I'm used to the PureAndroid™ experience of the Nexus 4, how is the interface of the G3 out of the box? I've had a chance to play around with one at the store, and it seems fine, but I'm not the type who wants to tinker too much.

I have a iphone 3g not 3gs. I am jailbroken and unlocked on 3.1.2. I need to have the unlocked since I use T-Mobile. Lately, the phone has been really buggy and lags a lot. I have restored it a few times already, but after a few months the phone will eventually begin lagging. After some research, people said that it could be a file that was backed up causing the lag. I was thinking about restore to 3.1.2 and not perform a backup of anything. Would this be the best solution? Can I still restore to 3.1.2 using a custom firmware? or Should I just delete all my programs and see if that fixes the issue? Is there any other reasons why the phone would lag?

i have BiteSMS version 4.98and it is almost un useable.. so before i remove it and go back to quickreply... i want to see if you have any ideas!
I have biteSMS version 4.98, and a replacment icon, that changes it to the stock messages icon, when i click on the bitesms icon to open up my messages, it pops up to a white screen (i see header with all the menu and compose button and edit button... but my messages list is blank then about 10-20 seconds later... it pops up and works ok, when i am txting someone, and i get a txt while typing it gets really laggy and slows for about 10 seconds then everything comes through (i hear the sound but get no message for about 10 seconds (sometimes it just crashes right back to home screen)

I've noticed that there is quite a variance in the time it takes to wake the screen with knock on. Sometimes in a bright Room, it's instant. Other times, from a pocket or dark room, it can take 3 or more seconds.... Of it works at all without having to repeat.
I'm assuming it's a combo of the proximity/light sensor and/or the second screen waking...

My xperia neo v not able to play 720 p video.it is very laggy and from starting audio is out of sync.I have tried to all format like avi,mkv,mp4 but same issue.currently i am on 587 firmware and using mx player for play back.i am using sandisk class 6 16 GB SDHC card.i check the card speed read speed is 10 MB.so is their any way to fix this.

I am just wondering if I have bad phone or it is fine? My phone starts lagging after few minutes of use (when it gets warmer). It is not bad, but everything is launching slower and I see more FPS drops in animations..

My s6 is slow on Wi-Fi. It want at first but after about two weeks it is a slug. No matter what Wi-Fi I use. Multiple factory resets, clearing the cache partition etc.. Speed test are good, 15-25ms ping, 35-60mbps but it takes about Minute to locate a network to test from..

I've had my GS6 for about 6 weeks now and for the most part its been good but i've noticed in the past week or so its starting to slow down. Camera doesnt launch as quick as it used to with double tap, switching between apps is not as fast, scrolling thru websites isnt as smooth, it stutters now. I've restarted the phone and that works for a few hours then back to slow.

My camera works fine at day but at night focusing is extremely slow and when I shoot, it takes ~5 seconds for phone to take a photo. Also, friend (with his LG G2) and I took the same picture in the dark and his looks much better. S5 took much darker picture..

is there a workaround or a build that gets rid of the laggy keyboard, especially the alt/symbol key that freezes the keyboard for a second each time you press it? Its fine after a reboot, but after 12h, somehow it really slows down typing.

This is my first iPhone and first apple product. It's amazingly fast and fun. My question is will it become laggy if I download too many apps. Also will having more memory left make the phone faster. I only have a 16gb model.

Yes another complaint about the Satio. Sony Ericsson make believe. Is that what the SE R&D team do? Make themselves believe that the satio is good enough to go on sale? At what point did somebody at SE decide that a seriously laggy UI was ok? At what point did somebody at SE decide that software that crashes is good enough to be sold as a flagship model? At what point did somebody at SE decide that a second hand Nokia OS that isn't compatible with so many Nokia applications was a good Idea?
At what point did somebody at SE decide that a battery that nearly lasts 24 hours if your lucky is acceptable when there are higher capacity alternatives? These are only the basic problems. Seriously Sony Ericsson what were you doing when you thought that this phone was ready for launch? Racing against another manufacturer, " We need to release a new model quick! I've had a Sony Ericsson phone for the past five years but this is my last.

I recently got the Nexus 6 and shot a few videos in 4k and when playing them back, the videos are choppy, laggy. It's not terrible but definitely noticeable. I have seen other videos shot with this phone and they look perfect and professional.

I have a SM-G920F (completely stock) on 5.1.1.
I'm experiencing very slow file uploads to any PC on my LAN.
Downloads (from PC to phone) = 10-15 MBps
Uploads (from Phone to PC) = 1 MBps
My WIFI network is 5G, target PCs are on a Gigabit wired connection.
I've tried several target PCs
Static IP for the phone
Rebooted the router
Rebooted device
Changed network to 2.4GHz
Why I'm seeing very slow upload of files ? I'm not even sure if this is normal ....

today i tried using the slowmotion mode in the camera, and before you start recording the camera show good details but after you start recording the detail drops a lot, its like 360p or 480p....the resolution in fact is 720p but it doesn't look like it at all....is this how it supposed to be??

the text messages seem to be frozen with the little blue circle working and just giving me the message "sending"..i haven't had this problem with other messages, only a few. the messages are not very long at all and no pictures or anything, just text messages.

I got the Edge a month ago. I transferred across from an iPhone - using the Smart Switch app to transfer all of my data across as well.
Since the transfer, the messaging app freezes, becomes unresponsive or is incredibly slow (especially in text threads with a lot of messages in this). This means that the keyboard freezes, words/letters won't appear for a while after they have been typed, sometimes the keyboard doesn't appear at all, and the messages thread takes a long time to update.
What can I do about this? How can I stop my messages app freezing so often? I really enjoy the edge, but the fact that I can't message properly (or that it freezes/is so slow) is ruining the phone for me.

I updated to Lollipop 2 days ago and ever since my phone seems to be constantly hot to touch and everything keeps crashing or running really slow and sluggish. I have had the phone actually freeze several times in last two days.

I've noticed that backing out of messages has been getting slower and slower over the past few weeks. Is there anyway of speeding things up? I just don't want to delete my messages and I can't imagine that slowing my phone down anyway..or could it?
We're talking 2 seconds from within a message to back out to the conversation...and then another 2 seconds to back out of the conversation to the home screen.
