Last week my iPhone froze and then it turned back on after 10 minutes, then the next day in school it just froze on the apple start up logo and it was getting really warm it turned off later because it ran out of battery. When I got home I charged it and it did the same all over again, and it still does it now, so I connected it to iTunes and tried to restore it but it says there's an error.

I just got an s6 this week and since I've had it the screen will freeze and be unresponsive about every 5-15 minutes. I can get it to work again by going to the lock screen. I'm not sure whether this is something I could fix with a reset or maybe some sort of phone setting, I suspect my phone is faulty. I have restarted it with no change.
View 3 Replies View Related3 days ago, my phone started freezing very often. I would hold the sleep and home button for 6 seconds to restart it. After a while, it started turning off and on by itself. Just last night it had this lit up black screen. It was totally upresponsive and my iPhone did not show up in iTunes. I let the batter run out and than I charged it. It was fine for a couple of hours and than it started turning of and on by itself. It worsened to the point where right away when my iPhone 4 turned on, it turned off. Now it has a blue screen. Pressing the home and sleep button doesn't hel. It doesn't show up in iTunes either. Should I wait for it to run out of battery like last time? What can I do in the future to prevent my phone from freezing and turning off. Will upgrading it to the newest operating system help?

View 9 Replies View RelatedMy blackberry has been doing great for a year, but 2 weeks, I would fully charge it all night, and then it would shut off after about 2 hours, even if I didn't use it and I would have to put it in the charger for it to work again. Now, it's shutting off after Fifteen Minutes of using it, and when I put it in the charger and it goes through the whole 3 minute restart, the battery says it's full, and again keeps closing after 15 minutes. I haven't download any new apps or anything.

However, not knowing when did the problem start, the screen occasionally turns on and off automatically as if I press the power button. The screen turns on and off for exactly 5 times every time and this repeats for like every 10mins. The problem will solve if I restart my phone but the problem comes again whenever it likes. Could this related to any apps (task killer, etc...) I have installed? Or some bugs or something in the system? This could seriously drain my battery flat if the problem left not noticed.

After 6 Months of receiving the phone it developed a fault, i have returned it for repairs on a number of occasions and the reoccurring problem has never been solved & fixed . After eighteen months the phone will still not turn on and when it does work it turns off within one hour of it working, i have been to the Vodafone shop in Torquay South Devon and they supplied me with a new battery to try but it still switches itself off . I ave talked to Vodafone and i was told a fault has been found on this particular model of handset. After 24 months of having this contract phone i have now upgraded to a BlackBerry Torch . I would like to return the 9500 handset to get a free full repair or a replacement as i now need to use both phones. This phone has also had problems with freezing and locking up

I go into an app and within 2 minutes it kicks me back to the home screen. I have tried clearing Safari history, deleting photos, and apps. Having serious issues with my Curve lately. It started freezing occasionally so I would do as the forums said and take out the battery which would solve it for a while. Now, however, even when I do that and turn it back on the phone instantly freezes with messages coming through but the little timer is just constantly turning in the center of the screen.

I try to turn my Iphone 4S off, i swip the "Turn off" bar, it turns off, then within seconds its turning itself back on. Why does this happen? View 7 Replies View RelatedJust got a new iPhone 4 the other day. I was charging the phone and it fell, only a couple feet at most. There is a small crack in the back of the phone now, and it won't turn on anymore. My friend has a iPhone 4 as well and we swapped out the battery and the back housing (just to make sure that the crack didnt short anything out) but the symptoms persist.
I have it plugged into the wall charger now, tried doing a hard reset (holding home and power for some time) but nothing. This is very frustrating to think that the iPhone 4 is this fragile. Does anyone have any suggestions that I could try to get this device back up and running? Any help at all would be very appreciated.

Finally becoming fed up with my iPhone crashing, restarting on its own and taking 10+ minutes to turn back on I decided I'm done with it so a few weeks ago on eBay I ordered a used HTC Magic for Rogers(my provider). It has a broken battery cover so theres tape all over the back but that doesn't matter.What does matter is that every time I try to connect it with the MacBook Pro it connects just fine for about 1 minute then it disconnects so I'm either JUST getting one song finished uploading on the Magic or it fails when its just about finished. I tried restarting the Mac and the Magic and nothing is working.This is a huge problem for me because to play music was the whole reason I bought this phone because my iPhone would keep restarting while I was driving around and left me with nothing to listen to for around 10 minutes and now on this HTC Magic I cant even get songs on the thing so I'm yet to try and play them in the car still.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have the Torch (9800) OS version: 6.0.0.668.I've had it for just over a year without problems but recently it will freeze to the point where I have to do a battery pull because it won't resolve the issue otherwise. Even then sometimes it doesn't come back on. It will slowly flash red (LED light) and the screen will remain black.It's done this twice where it won't turn back on at all. Eventually it does but the last time it did this, it didn't work for 2 days before coming back on (of it's own accord). I updated the software when it finally came back on as I was told it could be a software issue so I now have the OS version stated at the top of this message as opposed to 6.0.0.600.

Then I changed batteries from the 1st phone that was left over and put it in the 2nd worked for a little while and then wouldn't send or receive messages or calls. I took the battery out and rebooted it again and I plugged into the computer and did an update and still nothing that's when all of a suddent it shut itself off and wouldn't come back on which is what the 1st one did. Is anyone else having this kind of trouble? Other than this I love my BB but this is the 1st one I have had and it isn't making a good first impression.

I use the auto on and off. I have only had the phone 2 weeks. The problem I have is that it turns it self off and when It should come on in the morning it fails to turn back on, now I plug my phone into power to find out the battery has drain through the night even when switch off, this is a massive pain because I use it has my alarm clock as well but bed cause of this problem the alarm isn't going off.

I usually only notice it when I attempt to place a call and get the 'radio connection off' message. When I attempt to restore the connection (via Quicklaunch) nothing happens. I have to do a hard reset to get the connection back which is a pain in the a**. I noticed it this time right after I was connected to Desktop Manager. Any correlation?
