Having serious issues with my Curve lately. It started freezing occasionally so I would do as the forums said and take out the battery which would solve it for a while. Now, however, even when I do that and turn it back on the phone instantly freezes with messages coming through but the little timer is just constantly turning in the center of the screen.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI've been having problems with my blackberry curve 9300 for the past month, quite often now I get the timer come up on my screen and I cant do anything for sometimes hours, I have done a software update and I end all my apps every night but it still happens I've even wiped everything off my phone and still getting the same problem. This happened with my last blckberry as well but I sent that one off and your company didn't know what was wrong with it and it got sent back to be with even more problems than it did have. Is there a way of resolving this without sending it off?

Now it has stopped working completely. It has also started to have blurry images on the screen when you try to switch it on and off.

View 4 Replies View RelatedBasically, my phone freezes at least 6/7 times a day, just doing stupid things like loading facebook it'll just cut off completely, and when I leave it it either goes to an error page, or just stays like that for the next half hour or so, until I get annoyed and pull the battery. Lately it's started taking longer and longer to reset after pulling the battery. Yesterday it took me 3/4 of an hour to get it to load, and then it froze again straight away, then it loaded within about half an hour after. Today it took closer to an hour to load up again, it got stuck half way up the loading bar and just stayed there, and just as I was about to try pulling the battery it started moving again.

I have to patiently wait and no button works, but once the clock flashes off whatever i have pressed during the time it was frozen, the phone carries out quickly.

However, not knowing when did the problem start, the screen occasionally turns on and off automatically as if I press the power button. The screen turns on and off for exactly 5 times every time and this repeats for like every 10mins. The problem will solve if I restart my phone but the problem comes again whenever it likes. Could this related to any apps (task killer, etc...) I have installed? Or some bugs or something in the system? This could seriously drain my battery flat if the problem left not noticed.

So I've had the Turbo for about a month now and am extremely upset with the constant reboots. For the first few weeks the phone worked fine, nothing was out of the ordinary.
However, within this past week the phone has started freezing... I'll be using it and then suddenly the screen freezes and sits there and reboots itself. It does this a few times a day....
My s6 is continuously freezing and restarting. I have just factory reset it,but issue is still on.

It will also occur when the phone is in keylock mode, not the "clock" but just be unresponsive.I've installed no apps, made mods, or anything.And this occurs whether the battery is full or not (the phone does get quite a bit slower when the batt is almost dead as well).Is there a new OS available? I didn't see anything on the rogers site.

i bought the phone new, i had rooted it and put a custom rom on. the custom rom ran fine for months so i doubt that is was a dodgy rom. then one day i just started getting these problems. so i took off the rooted rom, and when the problem was still there i unrooted (if that is the term) and rebooted to factory settings. i still have the problem though.
All of a sudden on Saturday my nokia E5 stopped picking up a signal and started freezing, the text msg sign is also flashing on the screen. I had used the maps app earlier on in the day so don't know if this has anything to do with it. Its not the sim card because I have it working in another phone. I always know the E5 was a phone!

My contacts constantly freeze, sometimes to the point where it takes 5 minutes to work through the kill all apps, force close, wait, etc to get to the dialpad or contact names and make a call. Not farmiliar enough with Android to figure this out.One of the reoccuring messages is - Activity Dialer (in application Contacts Storage) is not responding - Force Closed/ WaitI believe it has something to do with the contacts because I have also loaded the app Tikl, and when it asks for my contacts there is 20 or so of the same contact and it then freezes when I try to scroll through them...I have deleted a few apps that appeared to run without being loaded. I use Battery Dr. to kill the apps.

The screen goes black and then I cannot turn the phone back on without removing the battery, waiting 30 seconds and the replacing it.I have tested a new battery and this has not helped. I have tried cleaning the contacts on the phone this has not helped. I have updated the software numerous times and this has not helped.The only way I can get my phone to stay on is by having it constantly on charge.I want to return it for a replacement as it is only a few months old.

It really is not.Consider that as I type this text from my n8, the browser has freezed twice, the phone has rebooted once. If the device sits unused (such as overnight) the next morning it is fine for about a minute or two. Then it turns blue again. The blue corruption moves. If I try to scroll up on a list that is already scrolled as far as it can go a blue "halo" appears at the bottom of the screen for as long as I hold my finger on the screen. It disappears after a few seconds. I've already tried a soft reset. I haven't tried a factory wipe yet as I was hoping to avoid that.
