Sep 28, 2011i have a blackberry torch 9800, the other day i were on the phone to my friend and my phone just cut off! screen went black and the flashing light flash's red 4 times quick together then pauses for about 2 seconds then continues to flash. it eventually turned back on after 20minutes of taking my battery out then back in contantly. Ever since my phone turns off atleast twice a day and stays off for hours. my phone is now still flshing red and hasn't turned back on since this morning. i thought it may have to do with me needing to update my phone through my PC so when my phone finally turned back on yesturday i updated it, but my phone still persists to turn off still flashing red. I red on here about someone having the same problem and for them to go to start - run and paste this "c:program filescommon files

Mar 13, 2012i thought i was crazy at first and it was just my imagination when i saw it flash up when receiving a text message/notification/ phone call and the camera flash lighted up. then today i had my phone on silent and received a phone call and just watched it light up and flash until i finally picked up. i've went through a bunch of the settings but i cant find one to turn this off.

Jun 18, 2012My Iphone (white) turns on then off then on then off then on then off! Finaly when I eventually get to the lock screen it says: conect to power but I charged it last night and the percent bar (top right) says 100% . Now it says to charge with itunes? What am I supposed to do!

Apr 22, 2015My S5's screen turns on every 15 seconds or so while the phone is charging. Its not that big a deal, but I can't imagine it causes the phone to charge faster when it is turning on the screen all the time.
What's odd is that it stops doing it when my phone gets to 90%-charged. From 90% to 100%, it doesn't do it, but any percentage lower than 90%, it turns on about every 15-20 seconds and stays on for like 2 seconds, turns itself off, then turns on again 15 seconds later.I have browsed through the Settings pages, but can't find anything that looks like a way to stop this.

Whenever I hit refresh, and often when I simply open the app, I get a message at the bottom of the screen that says 'Email sync turned off.' I have go to through the process of 'Manage Accounts, select account, Sync Settings, and check the 'Sync Email' box every time. Then it syncs, I read my email, exit the app, and I start the process over again the next time I open the app.

Oct 15, 2015I transferred/restored all my info and apps to it used it all day till night perfectly fine. It was fast, wifi working fine, etc. Then tonight I installed Go Launcher on it and played with it for like 10 mins and then noticed wifi stopped working. I turned wifi off and when I tried to turn it back on it failed, I kept trying until wifi turned on. Mean while the phone was super super slow so I turned off power saving mode but it didnt work. Then I noticed wifi started turning off on it own. My next step was remove Go launcher but it didnt fix anything, the issues stayed. Next I reset it to factory setttings but when it came on, wifi was failing (and phone slow) even during the initial set up wizard.
The phone was completely fine during the whole day.And my biggest worry is that this is an exchanged phone. I originally got a supposedly new s5 from ebay, (from a guy with thousands of reviews/transactions and like 98% positive score) but eventually I realized the battery was fake and that the IR blasted didnt work. He agreed to exchanged it and I received it yesterday and now today the phone has already failed but in the weirdest way possible by being completely fine for the majority of the day.

Jun 13, 2015I flashed to 5.1.1 T-Mobile when it came out, then learned it was a leak and wasn't ready for release yet. Unsurprisingly I'm having issues with System crashing, etc. I tried to flash back to 5.0.2 and I end up in a bootloop.
I'm stuck! The only ROM that seems to work now is 5.1.1, all others get me stuck in a bootloop in which I must use TWRP to flash back to 5.1.1. How to be able to go back to a stable 5.0.2!
