Jul 3, 2011Since my May 2011 update, once every two or so days, a song I don't know plays through my phone. You can't turn it off. I don't know where it is playing from.

Jun 27, 2015I love car mode on my S5, except for this stupid bug where it plays music in alphabetical order instead of track order when you ask it to play an album. If I say the same command using the "OK Google" feature outside of car mode, that works just fine. The metadata on the mp3 files have the correct track info.

Sep 26, 2012I'm not sure exactly when it started, but it was definitely recently. At random intervals, my phone will cease to receive phone calls, text messages, or voicemail notifications; and mobile data ceases to function. All this happens in spite of the fact that I still show connection to the network (network name, 3.5G, and several bars). I know when it happens because text message delivery fails immediately after sending and/or the mobile data indicator shows flashing dashed arrows, like it is trying to connect, when I use an application that requires network access.
What I find rather interesting is that when it is in this state, the phone will allow me to select Offline mode, but when I attempt to go back Online, it says it is not allowed. The only way I have found to get back online is to restart the phone.
I have all the latest software updates installed. I already tried re-installing the OS but it did not make any difference. I have not yet performed a hard reset.

Sep 17, 2012My Nokia C3-01 randomly gets its touch capabilities disabled that I need to remove its battery just to restart it. Plus, it also restarts randomly then starts up very slowly at that same moment.
I have reformatted it with the latest version using Nokia Suite 3.5.34, I think this has something to do with the patch, it does not happen more frequent compare from the previous version of its software.

Feb 12, 2010there are few things that should be better, for instance I can't use Ovi Suite as it doesn't support synch with Lotus Notes yet, so I still use PC Suite. Now I'm becoming crazy and maybe someone can give me some explanation. I tried to download the maps with the Map Loader, I can see on the left part of the window a lot of maps, but I do not se any info on which map is already installed ! Is it normal? And moreover, I'm not convinced by the amount of memory left on my SD card, the map loader show an amount and Windows a competely different.. who's lying?

Jun 15, 2012Video created in FCExpress, exported for iPhone. It opens in iTunes and I can watch it in iTunes on the iMac. I cannot drag it to iPhone from the movies page in iTunes. I tried clicking Advanced>create iPod, iPhone version. I tried opening the movie in QT and exporting for iPhone4. Nothing works. The QT export only plays audio in iTunes too, so that was usless. The iPhone is on iOS5.1.1 and the iMac is an i5 with OSX 10.7.4

Jul 18, 2012I had some problems with my BOLD 9900 recognizing my BlackBerry ID, so I thought the clever move would be to take the battery out whilst the phone was on, but the phone has now lost all pre-loaded Ringtones, Notifier Tones,Reminder Tones, Alarm Tones.The shop I bought the phone from said it would take two weeks to repair it.The shop I didn't buy the phone from said they have a straight swap policy with Blackberry.....(I'll buy my next phone there)Another shop said they could fix it by wiping the phone and downloading the software anew, but for a price. Who knows how all these pre-loaded Tones can be returned to the phone?

Jul 19, 2010Ive been able for a couple years to upgrade and downgrade blackberry device software on various models, both GSM and CDMA. But for some reason I have started getting this error: Microsoft Visual +++ Runtime Library -R6002 Floating Point Not Loaded Then a "fatal error" occurs with the blackberry desktop manager when I am in middle of upgrading OS. This always happens at "uploading ram image" part, just after "connecting to boot Rom" part of update process.I have tried on two different PC's, and tried on multiple devices. I have tried completely wiping the device of its application, and I have tried without wiping OS off. I have tried with desktop manager 5.0.1 and with desktop manager 4.3. I have tried connected to internet, and I have tried without being connected.Nothing seems to prevent this error.Both my PC's are DELL running XP.I would love some help, anybody have any idea what is going on? I need to downgrade some 8330's, and I also just need to reload the OS's on some other phones.
