I have created a custom browser in my app using UIWebview . A memory leak is seen on everytime webview is loaded with provided url. A snapshot of the leak is shown below.You may note that no back trace is shown and hence cause of leak is unknown.

Just 24hrs later I'll have 3mb free and the only way to get back to 140mb free is by doing a re-boot. I should not have to do this daily with a phone that cost over £300!

View 7 Replies View RelatedMy memory has been leaking from my phone for about a month now. I installed a new OS, and I got about 20 MB back, but is still leaking slowly. It went from 100 to 97 to 94 in just the past two days and I didn't download anything and don't save any messages. I also have the memory clean up in security options on, and isn't doing anything! Any help on want to do!?!

View 5 Replies View RelatedI recently hard reset my phone & installed the latest Nokia software (60.xxxx).(I could never understand why the memory was so low before as all my apps were installed to the memory card)Anyway, since then the only things I've installed to the phone memory are Mobbler, Nokia photo sharing & the upgrade to Nokia Store.This dropped memory to around 56MB.However it seems to drop further gradually for no reason I can see - and is now down to 50.8MB !
View 3 Replies View Relatedi have a nokia 5530 xm. i had some corrupted music files in my music library so i made a back up-file on the computer and erased everything on the memorycard.Then i loaded all the stuff back on the memorycard. But then almost all my apps were gone, so i tried to download them again. But i can't click the 'download' button (it's dark gray, like if you've already clicked it) so i think the ovi store remembers that i have downloaded the apps before and it's like i have got them on my phone but i have checked all the installed apps and all the installation files in the application manager but they aren't there.

Video created in FCExpress, exported for iPhone. It opens in iTunes and I can watch it in iTunes on the iMac. I cannot drag it to iPhone from the movies page in iTunes. I tried clicking Advanced>create iPod, iPhone version. I tried opening the movie in QT and exporting for iPhone4. Nothing works. The QT export only plays audio in iTunes too, so that was usless. The iPhone is on iOS5.1.1 and the iMac is an i5 with OSX 10.7.4

Now I'm becoming crazy and maybe someone can give me some explanation. I tried to download the maps with the Map Loader, I can see on the left part of the window a lot of maps, but I do not se any info on which map is already installed ! Is it normal? And moreover, I'm not convinced by the amount of memory left on my SD card, the map loader show an amount and Windows a competely different.. who's lying?
