My Nokia C3-01 randomly gets its touch capabilities disabled that I need to remove its battery just to restart it. Plus, it also restarts randomly then starts up very slowly at that same moment.
I have reformatted it with the latest version using Nokia Suite 3.5.34, I think this has something to do with the patch, it does not happen more frequent compare from the previous version of its software.
I have just updated the software of my Nokia C5-03 from version 21.0.003 to 22.0.007 (latest version) by using Nokia Software Updater.The update process running well until it is completed. But after that, my the touchscreen of my hand-phone totally disabled (not responding at all). I reapeated the process of reinstalling software version 22.0.007 several times by using Nokia Software Updater, but the problem remain the same.

View 2 Replies View RelatedThe touch screen suddenly stopped working from last night It was still working at 2 am when i went to bed to set an alarm.This morning i wouldnt press anything..I tried hard reset byholding odwn the 3 buttons, and now it askes for choice of language and i cant press anything.I also tried restoring it using Nokia Suite, and nothing has worked. I think it might have been a hardware problems.Right now it is still udner warannty. Is there anothing i can do before i bring it in? I called for Nokia Support in Careline and also support mail, they assist me to reset the factory settings and reinstall the latest software. I did those tasks but unfortunately the Handset remains in same problem. After that I took it in Nokia Care Center, they took time day long and reinstall the software again claiming that the problem might be in software update, after they returned my set and before I reached my Home the problem again arised.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI'm having problems connecting OVI to a Nokia N8-00 handset via Bluetooth. The Add New Device wizard is able to detect the phone but when selecting it from the list and proceeding it stays on "Checking the Bluetooth capabilities of your device." for some 20 seconds after which it eventually fails with the error of "Failed to connect to your device. Problems occurred while authorizing the Bluetooth connection between your device and computer."
I've verified that both devices are configured as authorized by their respective counterpart. Also tried to remove the pairing from both the laptop and phone and re-pair them again - same problem. I am able to sync the phone with OVI via USB no problem. I am also able to use my OVI with another Nokia phone (E72) via Bluetooth without any issues. This points me to a possible problem with Bluetooth on the N8 phone itself but I don't have any way to prove it.

View 4 Replies View RelatedSometimes, touching was not enabled when I tried to slide the menu page (with an menu icon) on certain apps and, slide menu page on the left of some websites or by tapping on the menu icon on those sites; I have had to tap the second time or so to make it responded.
Next, connecting Z3 with Wi-Fi sometimes took past a minute over till I opened Wi-Fi setting (where from there I can view Wi-Fi networks).
I'm just wondering if I'm the only one who have Xperia Z3 have the glitches mentioned above. Will Sony Mobile provides a more better system update than the current version 4.4.4 in near future?

View 5 Replies View RelatedWhen my iPhone 4 (iOS 4.0.1) loads a new page in Safari it randomly sometimes does not register first touch if I try to scroll it. Afterwards everything is fine. Maybe page is still loading and lags somewhere in process.

I'm not sure exactly when it started, but it was definitely recently. At random intervals, my phone will cease to receive phone calls, text messages, or voicemail notifications; and mobile data ceases to function. All this happens in spite of the fact that I still show connection to the network (network name, 3.5G, and several bars). I know when it happens because text message delivery fails immediately after sending and/or the mobile data indicator shows flashing dashed arrows, like it is trying to connect, when I use an application that requires network access.
What I find rather interesting is that when it is in this state, the phone will allow me to select Offline mode, but when I attempt to go back Online, it says it is not allowed. The only way I have found to get back online is to restart the phone.
I have all the latest software updates installed. I already tried re-installing the OS but it did not make any difference. I have not yet performed a hard reset.

View 5 Replies View RelatedMy C6-00 (RM-612) was working fine all this while...and then I upgraded to 41.0.010 (Custom Version 41.0.010.C01.01).
After a day or two of the upgrade, I noticed that the touch left side of the screen drifted ... ie when I press * it dials 0. However the right side seems fine.
I tried the touch screen calibration but nothing happens when I tap the center of the top-left corner bullseye.

View 10 Replies View RelatedI just bought the new Nokia 5233 phone.Whenever the phone is locked and I set a alarm. There is no way i can stop the alaram other than to reset the alarm manually by alarms-> edit.
There will be two touch buttons that apper on the otuch screen. One to stop and other to snooze the alarm. Even If press them, it wont work. The alaram keeps ringing. I even tried clicking on the green button and the menu botton at the bottom. Still no use. I cant even unlock the phone. Only thing i can do is press the red button at the end, which will snooze the alarm. After this, I have to manually change the alarm time.
The same thing happens even with phone calls. I cannot use the touch button that apper on the touch screen. I have to use the green and red button at the bottom.These problem come into picture only if the phone is locked. Otherwise it works fine.
I saw somewhere on the Droid X after the 2.3.3 update that allows you to print. I can't remember where that actual function is located
