Well, 2 days ago my screen had developed a small black semi-circle with almost entire screen covered in light transparent brown semi-circle. Now with a day of little use, the entire screen has turned bluish. I can hardly see anything today.
View 1 RepliesPart of the screen on my HTC Desire has turned pink. It is in the top right hand corner of the screen and looks like a semi-cicle (shown in the image). Has anyone else had this issue or know what is wrong? I am not sure whether I have an AMOLED or SLCD version of the phone screen.

I have the Nokia 2330c-2,and friends told me that it's the classic one,but that c-2 what's mean?So it's been for a month and 3 days ago I switched it on as usual in the morning,after 3 hours I picked it to see what time is it but noticed that a black circle appeared in the screen,I went from where I purchased it and told me that that is a sign of mishandling,I pressed the screen or hit it,I was disappointed by this as I'm sure that I neither hit it and even didn't pressed the screen.

I just got my Lumina phone 4 days ago and the screen suddenly turned black tonight. I cannot get anything to appear on the screen except the numbers 10.12 are lit in the right corner of the screen. My droid A855 shows a lit up black screen when powered on. When it finishes powering on, its still black. The Motorola logo and the droid eye don't appear while its powering on either. Now I can raise the volume, receive messages and phone calls, I just can't see the images at all; its all black. The back, home, menu, and search buttons at the bottom of the screen still light up white and work as well as the keypad. I turned it off and on and took out the battery about 8 times. I never dropped it or got it wet. I've had it for two years already so I guess the warranty is up. It just randomly froze and went black while i was texting my friend.

I just bought an 02 mini x10. It's new and came into a sealed box. But first time I switched it on nothing appears on screen. Left it to charge for a whole day (charging indicator lits up) but still nothing. But when I turn it on, the boot music/sound comes in and also I can only see the screen when under sunlight. I can see 'Silent mode " and "settings" on the screen. But the phone switches down when I press on either.

As you can see below, a bluish tint appears on the upper portion of the screen and extends a little sideward to the right (depending on what is being flashed on the screen). The tint goes off whenever something white is flashed. What could have caused this defect/irregularity? My phone was bought from an online reseller and it has 2 more months of service warranty remaining.

When I tap on it, the screen goes black for 3 seconds and then nothing - back to the menu.However, when I go through Messages > Folders > Inbox and I long-tap on a message it gives me the option to listen to this SMS, and it works!The problem was solved when the original settings were restored but... it did not last more that a day or two.
View 12 Replies View Relatedive had this issue before and sent it away to be fixed came back and was fine for a couple of months and now the problem is back tried doing a battery pull and everything loads it seams. i have tried using the desktop manager and it successfully loads the updated opperating system but same problem persist. the screen is just black and the blacklight lights up but i dont even see the loading bar when i put the battery back in.

What does the black circle with the white arrow in it mean? I thought it was software updates but my software is already updated. This icon showed up AFTER I completed my update.
