the internet on my phone is frozen with the option menu up and I can not get that menu off I can go back to my home screen and if I try to get onto the internet through a link in my emails then it doesn't load.

That has now disappeared. Instead, I get a speaker with a slider bar and even when I drag the slider as far as I can to the left, my phone no longer goes on silent. View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm having an issue with the menu/BlackBerry button (whatever it's called) The button seems to be stuck. So when I push it the menu will come up but it will automatically do what is highlighted, which is often close or open the tray if on the home screen. If I lock the phone it will darken but then lighten up as if I have pressed the button, but I haven't. It will say screen locked but will continously darken and lighten back up.
I was having this issue a little while ago and even took my phone apart to clean as I thought that was the issue but it did not help. Then I needed to charge it, which I normally do by plug in, but this time I used usb to computer. There seemed to be a substantial update for my phone which once completed fixed the issue with the button. Which was a huge relief as I was thinking I would have to pay somebody to fix and I don't want to do that. It is very pricey.
Well today it started back up. I connected it to the computer but it said there were no updates and did not fix the button problem. And yes I have tried battery pull.
While entering new number in contact list the menu key now operates the application switcher. an't access any apps other than on home screen.

I assumed it had to do with the theme I had installed, as my brother's phone (which has no theme) gave him the option to explore the media folder. I removed the theme and reset defaults but still no option to explore. View 1 Replies View RelatedI am attempting to get skins working with my Motorola V620, but I'm having some issues. I've followed the guides best I can, and don't know where to go from here. I run RSD Lite, and then run skiman, which gets everything loading. One thing of note, it never loads the Moto skin. It does not even appear. However, I have successfully installed 3 different skins, and whenever I reload them in skiman, they all appear just fine. The problem is there is no "Skins" in the personalize menu on the phone. I have attempted to add it with P2k tools with no success, as well as edited seem 0032 offsets 53 and 54 to allow for skins. But still nothing.
Any ideas why the skin option is not showing up in my personalize menu? Any help would be appreciated. And kudos to all the hard work on this forum.
Have tried after taking a pic to upload strait to my facebook page. However the upload menu only shows twitter as the social networking app. Can i change the upload menu or is there a shortcut i don' t kmow about? It' a pain having to go into facebook and go though the upload instead of doing it straight after tking the pic.

I have recently done a device switch to my new BB and two email accounts were part of the switch transfer.
One works fine, however my gmail acount has not been receiving messages. When I go into setup email I constantly get 'Cannot connect to server' and then it exits back to the setup menu. This means I cannot edit any email profile I have. Removing the battery and restarting has no effect.
Any way to delete the offending email account and re-add or getting it working.

I am receiving emails just fine. When trying to forward, I merely hit the blackberry key and forward comes up with other options. I scroll to forward and then it wants the email address I want to forward to. After entering the email address, no matter which key I hit, Blackberry key or scroll button, I only get two choices...."Save Draft" and "Full Menu". I then click on Full Menu and there is no option to "send."
