You will not be able to login or request your password until that time has expired." The time never expires which leaves me not being able to download anything. I have tried changing my password which doesn't solve the problem.

Dec 6, 2011My Bold 9000 was stolen and I did not write down the IMEI number. In order to report the theft to the police, it would be very helpful to have the IMEI. Actually, I thought that this number was stored within the backups that I made (using the Desktop Manager). But I could not find anything like the IMEI number in the files.
Is there a chance to recover the IMEI from some log files? Where would I have to look?
Is it possible for RIM to recover the IMEI when I provide them with the PIN? I am a private customer, not a business customer, and did not operate the BB via BIS or BES.
