BlackBerry :: No Internet And Email After Device Change?

I've changed a blackberry javelin 9800 since it was broken and my provider gave me a new device. I've used Desktop Manager in order to download phonebook and other settings, but I'm not able to access internet anymore. I'm not getting good support from the provider, consider that the switch between old and new device could not be done having both of them available at the same time, since by their policy I've taken the broken one to the customer center and they provided me the new one, without changing the configuration between the two.

9700 Rogers wireless V5.0. The only option available for e-mail in setup is "I want to use a work email account with BES" and it's pre-checked. I've searched through the knowledge base and deleted CMIME and CICAL from the service book. However I'm running Desktop 6.0 (latest version) on Windows 7, and the knowledge base instructions for change at the desktop are only for versions 3 through 5. I can't find any for V6. So far no change to the device setup menu.

am really hoping someone can help me to set up my email on my blackberry phone, I've gone through the setup wizard but when I get to the email section there is only the option to create a email account with a blackberry enterprise server and I believe there should be another option. I had to recover my gmail account's password in order to get to my emails.The problem is: it is also linked with my BIS account, i want to change my password now aswell on my blackberry device. i tried by doing so by taking it off and setting it up again, but my bis account withkeeps me to change it, there is no common setting in changing the old password on my blackberry device. its a blackberry curve 8520, operating system ver 5.

I got a device update from Verizon that wiped out my email accounts. I couldn't add the blackberry email address associated with my device back to the phone because I don't know the password. I created a new blackberry email address, but when I try to get updated in AppWorld it still wants the password from the old address. When I request a password reset it sends the information to the old email address which I can't access because I don't know the password.
Does anyone know how to change the email address associated with my device OR how to have the password reset info sent to a different email address?

I have my work email setup on my phone using their webmail address. If I use the standard address, i am required to have Maas360 installed, which is not an option with me being rooted. Anyways, if I have the email program I use, which is either Nine or Mail Wise, setup for ActiveSync, my business server will catch it and block me. So, I have to setup the email app to scan for new emails every X minutes.
The problem I am running into, is I did not know that I had to have ActiveSync turned off, so now my device is banned when using Nine mail. So, I tried the same with Mail Wise, and got banned again. Now, on my third app, AquaMail, I have realized the problem, and its working great.
However, I would prefer to use Nine mail. When trying to go back into Nine and recreate my account, i get an error that my device is blocked. I get the same error on Mail Wise. Both list a different Device ID. NineXXXXXXX and MailWiseXXXXXXXX. Is there a way to change this ID? I tried creating a new ID in Titanium Backup and that didn't change the IDs in the mail apps.

I have bought a secondhand bb and when i went to use app world her email addy is installed for this 'smartphone' and keeps asking for her password, which she wont give to me, how do i replace her email with mine? i have tried just deleting hers and trying to over ride with mine but that doesnt work.

We lost our BES serer at work and had to set up a new one. To re-activate my device i was required to wipe it. I am now back on the network, but have lost my internet email account. I go to the setup screen and my 3. Accounts show. I am asked to verify but get the message that 'your session cannot continue'. I cannot re-activate the accounts, or delete them or add new ones.

My email has been working fine until today. when no emails were coming though on my device. I went into start-up and retyped passwords and it then came up with "device change failed" I tried to do the battery out trick which did not work, so thought I'd delete the account and start again. As soon as i go into email option on start-up it says "device change failed" then when I try and add my email back, it says "sorry unable to continue your session. log in again" It then takes me back to the main set up menu.

I got my torch 9800 on launch day. i loved this device and definately felt like i was upgrading from my old device (iphone 3g). as much as i love the capabilities of the device i have run into a few issues, specifically network issues. it all started on sunday when all of a sudden i lost connection to the blackberry servers(the little logo in the corner was gone..) i went to at&t on monday and they could not figure it out. apparently my service book for the blackberry internet service got deleted(i didnt even know what a servicebook was lol) so i went home later that night and downnloaded the at&t software and reinstalled the os and this worked. then all of a sudden today, my fb was acting up, so i deleted the app. then i lost the connection again... do you guys have any idea what could be causing this? im currently reinstalling the os as i write this.

You've probably all been asked this loads and I've read some forums posts and tried software but ive not been able to find a solution or answer.Basically Ive just got myself a Storm2 and was told by my provider that I could sync my emails from outlook to my device and back like a windows mobile device. As ive found out this isnt the case, I really like the phone and dont want to hand it back over to swap for another device but if I dont find a solution then I wont have a choice.My question is, is there any software available that will sync my device to my computer the same as a WM device does through activesync?I have tried Astrasync and Notifysync both which throw errors up and dont work
