Blackberry asked me to download a Blackberry update, which I did.Now after a whole night, the update is still only 21% completed. It seems like the update crashed.I already removed the battery several times, but when it restarts, the update starts immediately and keeps hanging at 0%!! Also after more or less 10 minutes of hanging at 0%, the blackberry restarts itself... and then starts the update again.

In the settings iCloud and Store are set to my wife's account but stil sometime toask my password for updates. How we can stop that?

(if you set a jailbreak up for a friend who might not be wise to JB's worth doing this to them) Download FWChanger from Cydia and set custom firmware, then reboot. I set mine to 3.1.3 and i used build 7E18.
For those who dont know what this prog does, basically it just changes the number of your firmware, and nothing else (as far as i know), so itunes picks it up as your running latest firmware (when really you are not). Now itunes says my software is up to date.
My blackberry curve 9360 needed updating to the new 7.1 version, I started the update at 9am and at 10pm the update bar hasn't moved from 7% and my phone is extremely hot. Any suggestions on how to stop the update as I am unable to use my phone..

I looked at her phone the other day and sure enough, BT and WIFI were both OFF, and when I tried to turn them on, it said something like "Sorry, can't to that right now. Try again later.". I've tried logging out of the current apple ID, powering off, on, putting apple ID back, no difference.

Just upgraded from a Galaxy S3. My two questions
1. The phone seems to want to dim my display no matter what my screen timeout settings are. Sometimes it will go completely black but sometimes it seems to dim to like 5-10% - I can still see the desktop but barely.
2. When you're playing music on Spotify the lock screen fills up completely with the album art - which i've never seen before and is a great feature. Unfortunately the lock screen only stays on for like 5 seconds before it turns off. Is there a way to keep the lock screen displayed for as long as possible?

So after many trials I make 4-key phone memory format so the phone restart and I was too much happy but I lost the contacts as it is stored in the phone memory in addition to all my exchange email and nokia email, so I was having back up so I connect it to PC Suit and I restore the contacts from my nokia back but after finishing it was asking for restart and the crises happened again and same previous, stopping at nokia screen then restart restart restart.So again I make phone memory and I using synchronization between my mobile and outlook to return my contacts and I don't know what will happened if I restart my phone.
I don't know what to do as my phone warranty is one year and nokia care will not accept to check it and I don't think that there is qualified shop can repair such this type of problems.IM too much disappointed from nokia and I feel that these type of mobiles designed to work for one year only and if you ask help from nokia care after one year they will not accept.
