My 3 emails account are locked by Cambodia after I used it during my visit. I just noticed that after coming back to Indonesia and consulted with Mentari Indosat, my provider in Indonesia. How to unlock it?

I changed carrier last week, until that everything worked fine, my yahoo, google and company emails. I use BIS.Now, I am not able to setup my company email, but my other emails work ok, m phone is registered. I use these emails since many years and had 3-4 different bb models, having no problem to setup all of them.
So, i tried my new carrier's website to create a new account, I got the following message:
Cannot create account: This action cannot be performed using a browser on a computer. Use the email setup application on your BlackBerry smartphone to create an account.
Recently I have been unable to send messages from my Hotmail account on my BB Torch, the message initially appears to have sent OK then after a few seconds a red cross is displayed and the Message Status changes to General Failure.
View 1 Replies View RelatedLet the guy in the store "sync" with Desktop Manager. No link through enterprise server until I can get to office computer but that's ok. I am trying to work through MSN account. But it won't receive emails, it won't send emails and it won't let me change the set up.
When I go into setup, it asks for the user name and password. I use my msn user name (inclusive of the @msn.com) and it says it is too short and must be 4 characters! It is! If I leave off the @msn.com, it says my info is wrong.
And I can't figure out how to remove the email account so I can try setting it up again.I did try to set up my gmail account - same issue.
I stop receiving emails to my personal hotmail account.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI've just swapped a Bold for a Torch. I'm trying to sync my hotmail email account to it. I go to the set-up wizard as per usual and I'm told to "move my email accounts to receive emails to my new device" It tells me to insert my password, which I do. Message pops up saying the password has been verified. Then that's it. It just then has the option of returning to setup options. I go to my Messages folder and its tells me that no message services has been configured and it all starts again. My Facebook messages are in there but no hotmail.

View 3 Replies View RelatedIn April/May this year I inadvertently attempted to log on with the wrong password and was LOCKED out of my Account ID.I use Protect to back up wireless and since april I have been unable to do so because I keep getting a message saying I have made to many unsuccessful attempts to log in so wait 2 hours and retry.I have done this, changed passwords, reinstalled Protect but I AM STILL LOCKED OUT!

Pretty much I have not been able to update any apps, but that didn't bother me too much until i recently start to lose data connection and i need to perform battery pull to reconnect - and even then I lose the data connection soon after. However, since then we have had problems with emails on iphone and ipad. Sending seems the most problematic. We are using the new passwords but keep receiving error message saying that the username and password are incorrect-they aren't. We can access yahoo via PC and the account is fine-sends and receives as normal. Just makes me realise how much I use the mobile devices?

Is it possible I can setup email on E72 to show more than 2 mail box on desktop. I have set 3 mailboxes but E72 just shows gmail and hotmail on desktop,and my 3rd email account is just in email folder, not desktop! how can I solve it?

The yahoo and googlemail work fine and the inbox,sent etc emails are as they should be and stay on the phone and on my PC at home when i log in but on my outlook account when i read the emails on my phone they disappear from the inbox (and phone) and are not there when i check on outlook express at home? when i first got the E72 it worked fine and emails i looked at on my phone remained on the phone and were at home on outlook express still?
i havent done anything different? i use this address currently to receive wedding RSVP's and they are disappearing? I cannot beleive i am the only one suffering this.
