BB Torch :: Unable To Set Up BIS Account And Company Emails

I changed carrier last week, until that everything worked fine, my yahoo, google and company emails. I use BIS.Now, I am not able to setup my company email, but my other emails work ok, m phone is registered. I use these emails since many years and had 3-4 different bb models, having no problem to setup all of them.
So, i tried my new carrier's website to create a new account, I got the following message:
Cannot create account: This action cannot be performed using a browser on a computer. Use the email setup application on your BlackBerry smartphone to create an account.
Recently I have been unable to send messages from my Hotmail account on my BB Torch, the message initially appears to have sent OK then after a few seconds a red cross is displayed and the Message Status changes to General Failure.
Let the guy in the store "sync" with Desktop Manager. No link through enterprise server until I can get to office computer but that's ok. I am trying to work through MSN account. But it won't receive emails, it won't send emails and it won't let me change the set up. When I go into setup, it asks for the user name and password. I use my msn user name (inclusive of the @msn.com) and it says it is too short and must be 4 characters! It is! If I leave off the @msn.com, it says my info is wrong.
And I can't figure out how to remove the email account so I can try setting it up again.I did try to set up my gmail account - same issue.
My 3 emails account are locked by Cambodia after I used it during my visit. I just noticed that after coming back to Indonesia and consulted with Mentari Indosat, my provider in Indonesia. How to unlock it?
I have 3 accounts on the phone, receiving emails is fine. Sending from 2 (yahoo) accounts are fine too. But I am not able to send from an aol account. I have deleted it and reset it.
I joined Nokia Messaging service, downloaded the last version software using my Nokia E71 phone. When I signed for the service it asked me for my email account details, so I could not put the settings manually. The hotmail account works fine, but the other account cannot send messages. I cannot change the outgoing settings using my phone and I cannot edit the information on the nokia messaging website.
The incoming server seems to be ok (mail1.doctors.org.uk) but I cannot change the server details : smtp2.realmail-asp.co.uk. My provider is Tmobile (they gave me this: smtp.t-email.co.uk) they were not helpful and told me that they mainly support blackberry. My email accounts were working fine until I installed Nokia Messaging. I find Nokia Messaging very professional for messaging, but unsure if I will be able to make it work.
I have set up two e-mail accounts on my new Blackberry 8520 Curve. A Gmail account which works fine and a Demon account. I can send e-mails on the Demon account but not receive e-mails. During the set up procedure I had to add the mail server details (pop3.demon.co.uk) and password.I have also received an e-mail from Orange (my carrier) asking me to update my password as messages from my e-mail address are not being delivered to the Blackberry device. When I do this nothing happens and it reverts to the email accounts screen which now shows the demon account as invalid. I have also tried to validate it by entering the password but again it reverts to the e-mail accounts screen.
My 5s iphone will receive emails, but can only access them with sira voice asking for mailbox. Will get a list of emails with about 3 lines of detail. when I tap the email it goed to four links, email, contact, calendar etc. but taping tham does nothing. Also when tapping mail from the home position it also takes you to those four links which do nothing?
I have set-up my email account using IMAP. I am using the IMAP path prefix of INBOX as I use on my old iPhone and on the email client on my laptop, but the Samsung email client does not seem to recognise it. When I delete an email it is reloaded the next time it sync with the server.
I've just swapped a Bold for a Torch. I'm trying to sync my hotmail email account to it. I go to the set-up wizard as per usual and I'm told to "move my email accounts to receive emails to my new device" It tells me to insert my password, which I do. Message pops up saying the password has been verified. Then that's it. It just then has the option of returning to setup options. I go to my Messages folder and its tells me that no message services has been configured and it all starts again. My Facebook messages are in there but no hotmail.
A couple of weeks ago my employer gave me a password to activate my Outlook account for my Curve 8530. I was able to send and receive emails for about 3 days, then I suddenly stopped receving emails.I can send email from my outlook address, my Sent Items appear and my Outlook calendar items appear on the blackberry calendar.I'm just not receiving emails through the Inbox.I've contacted my carrier and my IT department at work, but no one can figure out why I'm not getting emails on the Curve.The usual fixes aren't working.
Got a bb torch 9810 yesterday, Last night was great but today I can't log into my bb id account ... Iv reset my password twice and every time I try it just says unable to log into your blackberry id account !
I was having hard time to verify my BB ID via my unit (Torch 9810) up to now, its been weeks already.I've checked my password and it's correct since I can log-in via web. But everytime, I tried to verify it in my unit I am getting this error: " Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account" . I cannot open "My World" in BlackBerry App World because it prompted me to verify my ID.
Unable to log on to app world made an account but my friend had this phone before me and I can't log on with my email n password it says something about enter username linked to this phone
My Torch is functioning completely normally except that I'm not receiving emails. The IT dept where I work has checked everything out but their only solution is to wipe the whole blackberry and start over. I would love to avoid this. They checked my settings and tried them in another device and it worked fine.
I've just received my first Blackberry and have been through the setup. However I am unable to receive or send emails because it says either my password or my email address are incorrect. The email address is definately correct and the password was only set up this morning so that's correct. It's a business email, not BES or Hotmail. Is it my Blackberry password it's asking for or my email password?
So my blackberry has access to my company website and I want to share this with my tablet. I know the Torch has the ability to do this with a PlayBook, however can it be done with an Android tablet? I just won the new Samsung and would love to have access from it rather than my laptop.
i am a previous owner of bb 8520 and has already an existing blackberry id.recently, i have upgraded to a torch 9810, but now i cannot login to my bb id account using my phone.however, i can login without problems with my id when using a computer.i cannot fully enjoy the features of my phone because of this.
Last Thursday my phone got wet, I had it in rice til today, it looks like it works but soon as I try to get on it asks for my username and password, I put it in and I keep getting the message "unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account", can someone tell me what to do
My text messages that i recieve are coming though with the date 23rd dec 2043 and its slightly annoying how can i change this? also i can not log into blackberry world my account it just keeps saying unable to connect you
I have a smartphone BB9860 along with my Playbook. I just recently have problems downloading apps from my smartphone because of the message " Unable to login to your BB ID account." I thought it was my ISP but I was able to download apps from my Playbook using the same login details using the smartphone's internet connection. I even tried resetting my password but I notice that the attempt counter is not changing, so therefore I am entering the right password. I even check the date & time setting and it was set to automatic. I also tried a hard reset on my smartphore, but still the message is persistent.
My torch works fine inside Canada where i live but when visiting US and Europe was unable to send emails however was able to receive emails.and I had purchased a roaming data plan from my provider . The internet connection status said "not connected " and when I returned home the emails were sent. fine.
i am trying to set up my torch on our company domain via the wireless settings, i need to add an ip address and subnet mask but dont seem to be able to find the settings, the wirelss is found and i add the security code but i know when we set up computers we need to add the ip details, is this possible on a tourch?
