May 6, 2010N96 was working fine until two weeks ago, hasnt been dropped or damaged so i can only think its the update of software.i have reset it and still i have the same problem.If I slide open to answer calls or messages or use the menu's by opening it as if to use the media player (ie slide down) it works fine. If I slide up i get a blank screen and it takes absolutely ages to get the menu n screen When a call comes in screen goes blank except for a few lines (top middle)

Mar 29, 2012I have a torch 9800 running 6.0 software and all of sudden when i open the slider to use the physical keyboard the screen gets strange colors and writing and app icons turn backwards. But using the virtual keyboard and keep the slider down i have no problems.

May 6, 2011I recently noticed that my Torch 9800 (OS 6 bundle 695) screen goes blank and becomes inactive during calls. I assumed this was as a result of mistakenly clicking "clear who is it blinking" on the home screen menu, however, I've since been unable to re-enable it.Consequently, whenever I either make a call or pick up an incoming call, the screen goes blank and becomes inactive. Also when I have an incoming call waiting, I'ld hear the beeps but won't be able to see who is calling.In summary, whenever I'm on a call, I'm unable to see or do anything else with my phone until the call is over.

Mar 8, 2012I just recently have had a problem develop with my BB Torch. If I'm using the browser, or have apps that I look at that connect to the Internet, I have parts of the screen that are blank. I can read some text, but if I scroll down about two or three inches, there will be about an inch of white blank space. It doesn't happen with my Facebook app, Gasbuddy.com, but it does happen with ESPN, CNN, Washington Post -- anything that connects straight to the Internet as opposed to going through an app.

Feb 3, 2011When i dial the number and then as soon as i press the call button, the screen all sudden goes black. I mean the call is still in progress you can hear it but you can't see anything on the screen.
