When i try to receive any call, i slide the arrow on touch screen from left to right.
But this touch slidet does not work but when i unlock the phone and then try touch slider it works. All this things happens with Alarm,reminder app as well.
I bought my nokia x3 02 about 3 days ago and last nihgt the touch screen becaem unresponsive, my phone went dead and then when i turned it back on the touch screen wouldnt work so i couldnt press ok to get into my phone when i put in my pin code! i dont know what to do i dont have a spare phone!

I've tried hard reseting my phone, but the thing is i've put on a lock code. So whenever i turn my cell on it asks for lock code which i can't input cause of the touch screen being down. Now i really wanna get my precious data out of the mass memory. The phone memo doesn't matter since i got backup.

I cannot get the slider on the touch screen to unlock my iPhone 3G. There are parts of the screen that do not work consistently. I can grab the slider and move it, but right before the phone should unlock the slider disengages and moves back to the left.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI bought my Nokia X3-02 in 2011. It worked well for 11 months and in the 12th month, its touchscreen stopped working. It was under warranty so I went to Nokia service centre and they changed the Touch screen Digitizer.It worked well for few days and meanwhile its warranty expired. Now it has the same problem and the touch screen doesn't work at all. So, I put the phone back to the phone and started using my other phone.after 2-3 days, I thought that I should take the phone to the service centre, so removed the batter and inserted the SIM card. I started the phone and touch screen was working fine. I thought, I am lucky as the touch screen is working now. But after few hours probably 3-4, the touch screen stopped working again. Quite weird behaviour.So, if i put the phone to off for around 1 day and starts using it again then the touch works and after few hours it stops working again. I went to service centre again and they said, they would firstly change the touch screen ( price INR 1500) and after that they could comment on the phone's behaviour.
UPDATE: I have updated the phone firmware to latest one. Touch works even after 5 hours but not the exact point of contact.. When i try to press Menu, it always activates the Address/exit button, so the wherever you touch it activates the right side of the area.
I have a Nokia X7-00. Sometimes after receiving a call, the touch screen doesn't work at all. I can not do anything on that apart from pressing the main button. I can not even switch that off and if I plug it in to the charger, still the mobile doesn't get charged. Today something weired happened like that, and i removed the SIM still that mobile is ringing and ringing as I cant do anything on the touch screen. View 3 Replies View RelatedI have an X8 that was repaired a few months ago due to a cracked screen.Yesterday the touch screen stopped working, the screen still displays everything it should and the menu, camera, lock and volume buttons work fine, but touching the screen does nothing which makes doing anything with the phone impossible.I've switched it on and off many times, including holding the power button until I get 3 vibrations and no luck. I've fully charged the phone and tested it whilst it's charging.I don't think there's been any damage, but it could have taken a knock whilst being in my pocket.

I have a Nokia X3-02. I had a problem with the camera, each time I open it it says "Operation Failed" then goes to standby mode. I tried to restore it to factory settings, didn't work. I connected it to the Ovi Suit to check for updates, is said "There are no updates" and something like "If you are experiencing problems with the current version, you can reinstall it" so I did. I followed the steps, made the backup, waited for a while, then when the reinstall process was done, the touch screen wasn't working anymore, the keypad is working fine, the volume up/down buttons are working, everything is working except the touch screen. while on holiday in Asia I put my phone to water tight plastic bag after 5 minutes when I managed to get of the boat to the shore and taken the phone of the bag the touch screen stoped working, all other keys are working perfect could still take pictures press the Menu button, power botton, volume buttons but noting happens when trying to touch the screen.

I have recently got a symbol in the top left hand side of my screen. Since i got it i have lost the ability to text using the touch screen , also i have lost the smiley face applicaion.
The main screen sometimes flickers too. The symbol is like a wedge with a rectangle shape sat on top with a red circle beside it.
