May 19, 2012I updated both my iPhone 4 and iPad 2. Now both have the same problem. When I receive emails, they do not show on the lock screen. Email is set to show on lock screen in Notifications. I have removed accounts and put them back.

Mar 12, 2010When you connect the N97 via USB to a computer, whether it be ovi, mass storage, etc. mode after a few seconds the phone locks itself and you can not use the touch screen. Then none of the keys work except the menu button whether you disconnect it or not from the usb. At this point all the menu button does is light up the screen and say use the slider lock to unlock. But this button does not work at this point! I have to take the battery out after I charge the phone via usb to get the phone to work again. Anyone else with the same problem?

LG G3 :: Pandora Not Showing Lock Screen Buttons
Mar 17, 2015When Pandora is running, my phone won't show the Pandora Pause/Forward widget/buttons. The background changes to the album art, but no widget functionality. My built in music player still shows it's widget and is fully functional so it's not a global "disable widgets" setting (if there even is one). I have uninstalled/re-installed Pandora multiple times.
I am running a stock LG G3 version 5.0.1.

Apr 6, 2015I've got a stock unrooted Nexus 5. yesterday I updated to 5.1 and now its showing me a PIN Lock Screen (PLS). I did not use a PLS before the 5.1 update and I've never set up a PIN. Now I can't get in! I enter a random PIN and it says "Wrong PIN". I tried using Android Device Manager and I logged in and it found my phone. Then I followed the instructions and hit Lock and entered in a new PIN and it said "Since Google has already verified that a lock screen is already set, the password you entered won't be needed". What?!. What does this mean? How can I get back in without erasing all my data?

May 13, 2012I cannot get the slider on the touch screen to unlock my iPhone 3G. There are parts of the screen that do not work consistently. I can grab the slider and move it, but right before the phone should unlock the slider disengages and moves back to the left.

IPhone :: Lock Info And Annoying Apple SMS Alert On Lock Screen
Aug 27, 2010I installed LockInfo a while ago. I got everything working fine, downloaded it and plugins fine. I got them all from the same repo as I was advised to do that, and everything seemed to be working fine. Everything was up to date etc.
I received an SMS, and instead of it appearing under the SMS on LockInfo, which it does, it appears as well by the annoying Apple notification box.
I still want my phone to light up when I received a text message and the text message to be displayed under the SMS tab in LockInfo, but how do I get rid of the Apple notification box? I saw when configuring the app there was some thing about quick replying to texts and there was a list to choose form. Would any of those get rid of the Apple alert?
LG G3 :: Why Do Text Messages On Lock Screen Ignore DashClock As Default Lock Screen
Feb 24, 2015I've recently made the switch back to android from an iPhone after quite a few years and I'm trying to re-familiarize myself with android's operating system and work out what I need to change and using this phone I noticed the notifications lacking, so I set up DashClock and DashNotifier and so far I love it. It does exactly what I want it to do for all the apps I have set up with it except for the notifications coming through the 'Messages' app on the phone for text messages.
When receiving a text message my lock screen ignores that I've set up DashClock as my default lock screen and pulls up the original lock screen with the quite ugly 'New Message' notification (as seen in the attached picture). If I scroll to the right DashClock is open and showing the message notification just fine. I've tried to disable the lock screen notifications for the 'Messages' app but haven't been successful in removing it. Is there a way to just have the 'Messages' app give lock screen notifications on the top bar and none like in the image below, or is there a work around within DashClock/DashNotifier or some other application that would fix this? My phone is running Android 4.4.2.
