I know you tap home button twice and scroll the icons to get the rotation lock icon, but I dont have it at all.If not can I get a free app to stop it rotating?

you need to go to General/Network turn on "Cellular Data" which allows you to access the "Data Roaming" section To force the phone to "search" you can turn on Airplane mode and then turn it off - and that will force the search.

This has been caused by trying to update iTunes. Tried to back up the iPhone but it has stopped and the only thing I have now is a screen showing a pic of the connection lead pointing to the iTunes icon. If I restore factory settings all my info will be lost!

View 10 Replies View RelatedI've got a stock unrooted Nexus 5. yesterday I updated to 5.1 and now its showing me a PIN Lock Screen (PLS). I did not use a PLS before the 5.1 update and I've never set up a PIN. Now I can't get in! I enter a random PIN and it says "Wrong PIN". I tried using Android Device Manager and I logged in and it found my phone. Then I followed the instructions and hit Lock and entered in a new PIN and it said "Since Google has already verified that a lock screen is already set, the password you entered won't be needed". What?!. What does this mean? How can I get back in without erasing all my data?
