BB Bold 9700 :: Replying To Email Get Message - No Message Services Configured - Can Only Save Draft
Apr 6, 2010BOLD 9700, T-Mobile. I have current OS. I am receiving the above message when I try to reply to an email. Yesterday---I didn't have this problem. I go to email set up & my email addresses are there. When I am in message options, and choose Email Settings--- there isn't ANYTHING there.

Apr 15, 2012I had an 'app523 error' and had to upgrade my operating system. Everything working fine now except cannot send emails. I can receive however. I have checked my email settings and my email appears to be showing. i get the following message when trying to send an email: "No message settings configured. You will be redirected to the setup wizard" then in the setup wizard it tells me my email is already configured?

Mar 1, 2011I know I am probably missing something very obvious here... I have just upgraded my Blackberry Curve and cannot send e-mail. I am receiving e-mails fine, and have setup my e-mail accounts. But when I go to send an e-mail I get the error 'No Message Services Configured.' E-mail is setup fine, what have I missed here?

Jul 21, 2011Just replaced broken Bberry Bold. Restored, backed up and set up email, etc. I receive email, however to respond or send a new email, I get this message. 'No message services configured. You will only be able to Save Draft'. Already have email address set up so it won't let me go any further.

Apr 11, 2010I just bought a blackberry Curve, 8530.I had my email set up at the store and even got my blackberry registration email.However, I go to compose an email, and my phone tells me that "no message services are configured".That would be fine, if my email was not already set up, according to my blackberry.I tried going through the whole process again, and then it tells me that my email is already set up.But, it says I can only save a draft, not send, when I'm done. I owned a pearl before this, but never used many of the features. I would like to be able to use more of them on this phone.I am a bit of an electrical gimp.

I have tried to delete and readd it, it was there before but then I had to take my phone in to get fixed because it kept rebooting everytime I put it on a hard surface. Oct 8, 2015I have had issues with my phone since my Z3 was updated to lollipop a few months ago. Lets be clear, I have NEVER had the scotiabank app on my phone, so that cannot be the issue. Also, I have never even used NFC, nor did I ever have it turned on. So how my "capacity" can be full is beyond me?I have a Sony Z3 copper, currently running D6603, with a Qualcomm processor. Android v5.1.1 installed.I can tell you, that without a doubt this is one of the most annoying messages I have ever seen on any phone, and I have had a few over the years. The exact message: "Capacity for NFC Services Full", when you click on the message, it shows 159% full, yet I have never used NFC since I got this phone in April. I also never got this message until the lollipop update.
I have tried a backup, and complete re-install from PC, that did not change anything.The only thing that takes the message away is to enable NFC services! I have no real desire to do that, but in order to be able to use my phone with the annoyance, I have turned it on.This has been going on for a long time, and I am certain someone like myself who has NEVER used the scotiabank app must also be getting this annoying message?

Aug 15, 2010So, for the first few days, all was well. Then today when I ventured out away from home (3G coverage), I lost all data connections. It still says 3G and I still have a strong signal, but the little Blackberry logo is gone next to the 3G and I literally can not do anything besides talk.Once back in WiFi, all is well. The Blackberry logo appears next to the WiFi signal and I am golden. If I turn WiFi off, same thing, logo disappears and no data connections available.Anyone run in to this? I didnt do anything that should affect this and I thought maybe we were having a BIS outage in Milwaukee, but am not seeing anything.

Sep 13, 2010I am unable to sync files between my Torch and Windows XP SP3. I have BBDesktop 6 installed, the phone is connected via USB directly to the laptop, and all of the Media Sync options say:"You need to turn on mass storage mode from the connected BlackBerry device to use this feature."
I see no such configuration option on the phone.Also, in Windows file manager, the SD and USB drives appear as removable drives E: and F:, but they are unaccessible: "Please insert disk in drive.."

BB Curve :: Email Not Being Configured?
Sep 8, 2011I changed my email password and BB then asked to validate the same on the phone. I did. But it says invalid username/password and asked to contact the email provider. But it is the correct one (I signed in my account online just fine). I don't understand what the problem is. I even rebooted my phone twice. I tried the Gmail troublershooter, but there seems to be no way to communicate this problem. I really need to solve this as it is a Gmail id I use daily, especially for work.
