How to configure "saved messages" to be displayed in inbox? I know how to nav to see them. It would just be easier to be able to see them and manage them, right there in the inbox.

Doesn't seem to relate to network coverage as it has happened when I have had a full signal. It's an intermittent fault but an irritating one. Can anyone tell me what it is and how to stop it happening please ?
A Torch user came to me today mentioning that his incoming email is no longer displayed on his device but all of the emails he sends is displayed. I had a look at the email options and didn't find anything to hide incoming emails.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a BB Torch. When a message comes in on my phone, it is displayed at the center beneath the clock. I click to open. Then just below where the box shows there a new message that had just come in, a "text message box appears". Now, then the message would be opened on clicking. It will then disappears to the inbox once read. If I go click "Text Messages", I will find that message in the inbox which is fine. I can therefore delete any message in the inbox.
The Problem Some of the messages will not be diverted into the inbox for some reasons I don't seem to gather. These though, when opened, will just show a symbol (smiley, etc.) but without any text. The symbol will appear at the extreme right.
Basically we have set up new business e-mails through our IT guyonce I have read email message I have received on the device they seem to disappear a few hours later. I am not deleting them on my device or PCi can still view the messages i have sent
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a Torch 9800. Ever since I got it, I've noticed that, occasionally, messages will not show up in my inbox. My phone will buzz when I receive them, and I'll have the "new messages" icon on the homescreen, but clicking the messages icon brings me to an empty inbox.
I've noticed this behavior impacting email (my gmail account is the only one I have going to the blackberry), text messages, and two different third-party chat clients.
I don't have any messages being filtered to different folders or anything like that. Clicking "View Folder" verifies that my inbox is selected.
But here's where it gets weird: if I compose a new email and send it, when I return to the inbox, all the messages appear. It's almost as if the inbox is having a problem displaying the message list, but once I force a new item to display (the newly sent message), it shocks it back to life.
My Blackberry torch automatically deletes saved text messages. When I go to my saved messages folder most or all of them will be gone. I've noticed that when it begins to delete old messages it turns them green so I can not read them again and old messages that I have saved also turn green and are automatically deleted. This is a highly disappointing weakness of the torch and as I am new to Blackberry I thought saving text messages would be an easy and basic task to do. I have never had this problem with any other make of phone. Other than this problem I have only had a few glitches and like the phone but I would not recommend it.

The problem is that the emails go straight to my general "Messages" inbox, but nothing shows up in my Gmail account inbox when i click on that specific icon. I do have SMS/MMS broken out into a separate inbox, but i'd like to use the gmail inbox where it threads messages with the same topic instead of the general messages inbox.tried resending service books.

View 5 Replies View RelatedMy C3 00 doesn't save messages. Conversation view has only the received texts and the sent items box is always empty. I have a replacement handset and have tried resetting to factory settings, checked via Nokia website updater that I have the latest version etc all to no avail. Nokia phone helpline suggest that I send it back for a reset but I am then without a phone for 10 days so will probably settle for a refund. Does anyone know if a fix will be coming from Nokia? I really want to keep this handset as everything else is fine.

All my messages have gone When I receive a text, it comes up but once I've gone out of my inbox, it disappears again. The problem that I am having is the messages that were sent to my tmo.blackberry email address that are saved to my phone I cannot find to save to a computer. I have tried forwarding the saved messages to another email address but when I do I get a red "X" and it says "Unlisted message error".
