Jul 1, 2010hello, I just upgraded my phone to the .732. Everything went smoothly during the upgrade, ever since then I have been having trouble with receiving text messages and MMS messages. I have gone to 3 sites for free ringtones have sent the ring tones to my phone, I have not received anything. I also have setup google voice and I am not getting any text messages from people tht text my google voice number.

May 7, 2010got my Blackberry Tour 9630 2 weeks ago and had the following issue which Verizon said was a glitch and that they've never seen it before and gave me a new one...only thing is, i have the same problem on this phone!! Anyone know what the heck is going on and how to fix it??? Problem below:
If i get a text message from someone that is also a BBM contact, I get the text message in my BBM list and it has a text message symbol next to it!!! and in my text message list! i don't need to be told twice that I have a message of some sort and this is VERY annoying!

Apr 1, 2010I have a quick question and I have searched and cannot find what Im looking for. I appologize ahead of time for being a NOOB. Is there anyway to separate texts by contact? My BB shows every text thats been sent. Im wanting to compress all these texts into individual lines per contact. For instance if someone sends me 10 texts, it shows them all instead of 1 line for that particular contact.

Apr 23, 2010I can receive text messages from any sender and get the message just fine and able to read fully. One sender's messages are all blank. I receive the message and my phone acts like I have one, but all the words are gone. And this sender is the person I text and talk the most to. I pulled the battery and that didn't help.

Jan 18, 2010I just got a new tour from verizon to replace my original tour that had trackball issues. I did the device switch with DM and everything seemed to copy over just fine with one exception. I keep getting new messages (both email and sms) and the top bar is showing that I have 6 new messages but they are not actually showing up in my messages.

Jul 20, 2011My Blackberry torch automatically deletes saved text messages. When I go to my saved messages folder most or all of them will be gone. I've noticed that when it begins to delete old messages it turns them green so I can not read them again and old messages that I have saved also turn green and are automatically deleted. This is a highly disappointing weakness of the torch and as I am new to Blackberry I thought saving text messages would be an easy and basic task to do. I have never had this problem with any other make of phone. Other than this problem I have only had a few glitches and like the phone but I would not recommend it.

Jan 9, 2010I can see everything the group does but noone sees me.They were able to see my messages before I did a software upgrade to version 4.7.1.61. I've done a couple of battery pulls and they are not working.

Jan 1, 2010I have my Tour set to delete messages after 15 days. I just noticed that they're not deleting. I've noticed that emails stick around for a month or so before being deleted, but SMS don't delete. It's been set to 15 days since I got it in September, and I still have every SMS sent/received on it
Is this a known bug? Is there a fix for it other than hope it's fixed in the next OS release?
BB Tour 9630 :: No LED Light On Any Messages Or Calls
Jan 3, 2010I downloaded berrybuzz about a month ago and everything has been working great untill two days ago. Now the LED doesn't light up at all.I have tried battery pulls and that doesn't work. Any ideas. My next thing is to delete the app and redownload it.If someone else has an other idea that would be great.
