Why does my messages icon take me to a missed calls list and not my SMS messages? To get to SMS I have to "view folders". Please tell me there is a quicker way.
View 7 RepliesI downloaded berrybuzz about a month ago and everything has been working great untill two days ago. Now the LED doesn't light up at all.I have tried battery pulls and that doesn't work. Any ideas. My next thing is to delete the app and redownload it.If someone else has an other idea that would be great.

Everything went smoothly during the upgrade, ever since then I have been having trouble with receiving text messages and MMS messages. I have gone to 3 sites for free ringtones have sent the ring tones to my phone, I have not received anything. I also have setup google voice and I am not getting any text messages from people tht text my google voice number.
View 4 Replies View RelatedMy 920I Galaxy S6 has stopped receiving calls, either if I am using the phone or it is locked I won't receive any call, I have to restart my phone to get the messages of missed calls and call them back. I tried many different modems, bootloader, roms and firmwares and nothing has worked. Also, I tried both on WIFI and 3G/4G and it doesn't work.

Every time i get a mms message from someone i get it first about 5-10 min after they send it, then again about 1-3 hours after they sent it. Ive tried several battery pulls, with no luck. View 4 Replies View RelatedWe have recently upgraded a few 9630 Curves and 9900 Bolds to OS 7.1 (Curve to 7.1.0.336, Bold to 7.1.0.342) from T-Mobile UK. We have one pressing issue that happens on the upgraded curves and bolds. After a few consecutive missed calls when you go in to the messages application it does not show emails, it shows the Missed calls list. No matter how many times you back out and go back in, Missed calls (only) are displayed. Also the same when you go into the call log. it only shows missed calls. I am not aware of a keyboard shortcut to show missed calls only and do not think that is the case as it has happened to these devices too many times after upgrading to 7.1. Has anyone seen this or can provide any assistance?

The same occurs when I select SMS, it also goes immediately to missed calls. What should I do? Removing the batt when power on has been done already but no help.Is there somewhere a code to reset my device? Maybe another method without loosing my data, settings, and messages?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI recently deleted 2000 messages from my inbox using the mark all/delete function. It seems though after this process my Xpress Music has started playing up. Text messages are only being received when i switch the phone off then on again they come through. Also, if i have missed a call and hit the log or - show missed calls button, the phone says no missed calls/ no information.Has anyone else experienced this problem and know of a fix?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have somehow set my message box to only show missed calls & I can't get it back to showing all messages?I have looked in messages options - inbox management & Desktop is ticked as well as text messages. I also in 'phone', options, call logs and lists, changed 'Show These Call Log Types in Message List' to None & it still only shows Missed Call as the title & shows the list. I looked in the long on-line manual but it didn't help. Also I tried View Folder to select different mail folders from my desk based Outlook list but still the display is stuck...

I want to set the alert and have it remind me every two minutes of so that I have new messages and or missed calls. This is how my old phones used to work... I would get an audible alert every 2 minutes until I viewed the messge, etc.

(don't ask) Now I want to consider a Droid 4, but I can't remember if the RAZR had a notification LED for missed calls & messages but the real question is does the Droid 4 have a notification LED? This is important to me, as I need to keep my phone on silent a lot of the time, and the flashing LED is about the only way I know if I've missed a call (without waking the screen.)

I did the device switch with DM and everything seemed to copy over just fine with one exception. I keep getting new messages (both email and sms) and the top bar is showing that I have 6 new messages but they are not actually showing up in my messages.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI have my Tour set to delete messages after 15 days. I just noticed that they're not deleting. I've noticed that emails stick around for a month or so before being deleted, but SMS don't delete. It's been set to 15 days since I got it in September, and I still have every SMS sent/received on it
Is this a known bug? Is there a fix for it other than hope it's fixed in the next OS release?
I have recently been on the phone with sprint and i have not been able to receive any messages sms, mms, from att users everyone else is fine this seemed to happen after my number was ported over this week i am a new customer with sprint and the number i had ported over was used from boost that i was running my 8350i with my att friends and family can get my messages but i cannot get theirs anybody else having this problem the advanced tech support for bb at sprint did a master reset and gave me some ## number to enter and th press the call button and had me re-enter two number one being mine and the other with the network this still did not resolve anything i still can not receive any messages and my case is pending wondering if anybody can let me know what might be causing this my phone is only like a week old
View 8 Replies View RelatedI searched other topics and clicked the "similar threads" crackberry offered but couldn't find anything that addressed this. I'm running OS 5 (.419, though I have a friend with me who is running the latest Verizon official and duplicates the same annoyance).
When I receive an SMS text message, the LED blinks as it should. But when I open it, it will continue to blink until I either respond or back out of the message. It's a minor annoyance I know, but does anyone have a fix for this?
is there any possible way to set or add an app so that my bb tour can send sms messages over 160 characters? i have heard it should let you as long as you send to people that have the same verizon carrier as you but it will not work for me?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI just updated my Blackberry Tour to the latest OS (v5.0.0.591). I have a huge problem with my sms messages showing up in my Blackberry Messenger. When I sms a contact that is also added to my Blackberry Messenger, the sms messages appear under "Chat." Ok thats fine...BUT when I go to end the chat on the sms conversation, it asks me to delete all messages in chat. SO if I choose yes, I also delete ALL sms messages that I've ever received from that contact. I also noticed that those same contacts that are added to my Blackberry Messenger, when they send me an sms message, it does not show up in the main message list...only the Blackberry Messenger.

Since last week messages I send from the web gmail interface appear on my BB but when I view a message online it doesn't show as read on my BB. If i get a text message from someone that is also a BBM contact, I get the text message in my BBM list and it has a text message symbol next to it!!! and in my text message list! i don't need to be told twice that I have a message of some sort and this is VERY annoying!
